How to Install Mobile Toilets

Quản trị 09 tháng 10, 2026

The installation of mobile toilets and portable toilets should be carried out step by step according to the specific type. The installation of mobile toilets mainly involves structural assembly and fixation, while the installation of portable toilets focuses on component assembly.

Mobile Toilet Installation Steps

1. Tool Preparation
After receiving the goods, prepare tools such as an electric drill, a 4.2-millimeter drill bit, and a rivet gun in advance. These tools are used for subsequent drilling and fixing operations to ensure structural stability.

2. Inner Corner Installation
Install the inner corner components in sequence at the designated positions. The inner corners usually serve as the support structure for the frame. Determine the installation order according to the design drawings or product instructions to ensure accurate angles of each component and provide a foundation for subsequent assembly.

3. Panel Assembly and Fixation

  • Insertion into Slots: Insert the panels one by one into the reserved slots. When assembling, align the upper and lower edges as well as the side interfaces to avoid misalignment that could lead to structural instability.
  • Drilling and Riveting: Use a 4.2-millimeter drill bit to drill holes at the assembly points. Insert rivets and fix them with a rivet gun. The spacing between rivets should be uniform (usually every 20-30 centimeters) to ensure tight connection of the panels and prevent loosening.
  • Overall Inspection: After completing the fixation, gently push each panel to test its stability. Confirm that there is no shaking or gaps before proceeding to the next step.

Portable Toilet Installation Steps (General 6-Step Method)

1. Check Components
After opening the package, check the component list in the instructions (such as the toilet body, water tank, drain pipe, sealing ring, screws, etc.) to ensure that there are no missing or damaged parts. If any component issues are found, contact the supplier for replacement.

2. Assemble the Water Tank and Body
Align the water tank with the toilet body through the reserved interfaces, insert the fixing screws, and tighten them. For some models, the inlet valve needs to be installed first. Adjust the water level according to the instructions to avoid water leakage during subsequent use.

3. Install the Drain Pipe
Connect one end of the drain pipe to the toilet outlet and the other end to the floor drain. Wrap Teflon tape around the connection or use a special sealing ring to ensure tightness and prevent odor leakage.

4. Fix the Toilet
For a floor-mounted portable toilet, use expansion screws to fix the base to the floor. For a wall-mounted one, choose appropriate anchors according to the wall material to ensure load-bearing safety. Check the levelness again after fixation.

5. Connect the Water Supply
Connect one end of the water inlet pipe to the water inlet of the water tank and the other end to the water source valve. Open the valve to test the water flow, confirm that there is no leakage, and then close the valve for later use.

6. Debugging and Acceptance

  • Flush Test: Press the flush button and observe whether the water tank refills and drains smoothly and whether the drain pipe is unobstructed.
  • Seal Inspection: Apply a small amount of water to the edge of the toilet and observe whether there is any leakage, focusing on the connection of the drain pipe.
  • Function Confirmation: Check whether the seat ring and lid open and close flexibly and whether the water tank button rebounds normally.

Precautions: Read the product instructions before installation. Different brands and models may have differences in details. If water and electricity modifications are involved, it is recommended to be operated by professionals to ensure safety.
