How to Install Mobile Toilets
Quản trị 24 tháng 9, 2026
The installation methods for mobile toilets vary depending on the type, mainly divided into two types: ordinary mobile toilets and mobile toilets (toilet bowls). Here are the specific installation steps:

Installation of Ordinary Mobile Toilets
- Prepare Tools: After receiving the goods, prepare an electric drill, a 4.2-millimeter drill bit, and a rivet gun in advance. These tools are crucial for fixing the structure during the subsequent installation process.
- Install Inner Corners: First, install the inner corners. Fix them in the corresponding positions according to the design requirements, ensuring that the inner corners are firmly installed to provide a stable support frame for the subsequent assembly of the panels.
- Assemble Panels: Insert the panels into the pre-designed slots and align them for assembly. During the assembly process, ensure that the gaps between the panels are even and tight to ensure the stability of the overall structure.
- Drill Holes and Fix: After aligning the top and the panels, use the prepared 4.2-millimeter drill bit to drill holes at the corresponding positions. After drilling the holes, insert rivets and use the rivet gun to firmly fix them, ensuring that the panels are tightly connected to form a complete main structure of the mobile toilet.
Installation of Mobile Toilets (Toilet Bowls)
- Install Flange: First, install the toilet flange on the sewer pipe. Ensure that the center of the flange is strictly aligned with the center of the sewer pipe during installation. Then, place the toilet upright to make it fit tightly with the flange, providing a good foundation for subsequent sealing and drainage.
- Install Angle Valve and Three-Way Connector: Install the angle valve and connect the three-way connector for the water inlet and the sprinkler head. Ensure that the connections are well-sealed to prevent water leakage.
- Connect Water Inlet Hose: Screw on the water inlet hose of the toilet, making sure to tighten it to avoid loosening and water leakage during use.
- Assemble Sprinkler Head: Tighten the sealing rubber rings at both ends of the toilet sprinkler head to ensure the tightness of the sprinkler head. After assembly, connect the sprinkler head to the other end of the three-way connector.
- Install Sprinkler Head Bracket: Forcefully clamp the sprinkler head bracket onto the top of the three-way connector to ensure that the bracket is firmly installed and can stably support the sprinkler head.
- Test Water and Apply Sealant: After completing the above installation steps, conduct a water test on the toilet to check for water leakage at each connection. If there are no issues with the water test, finally apply sealant at the position where the bottom of the toilet contacts the ground for sealing and fixing purposes.
