How to Install Mobile Toilets
Quản trị 23 tháng 9, 2026
The installation methods for mobile toilets vary depending on the type, mainly divided into general mobile toilets and mobile commodes. Here are the specific installation steps:

Installation of General Mobile Toilets
- Prepare Tools: After receiving the goods, prepare tools such as an electric drill, a 4.2-millimeter drill bit, and a rivet gun in advance. These tools are necessary for fixing components during the subsequent installation process.
- Install Inner Corners: Install the inner corners of the mobile toilet one by one. This is a foundational step in constructing the toilet frame. Ensure that the inner corners are installed firmly to provide stable support for the subsequent assembly of the panels.
- Assemble Panels: Insert the panels into the slots for assembly and align them. During assembly, ensure that the panels are tightly joined together to avoid gaps that could affect the overall structural stability of the toilet.
- Drill and Fix: After aligning the top and the panels, use the prepared drill bit to drill holes at the appropriate positions. Then insert rivets and secure them firmly with a rivet gun. This step ensures that the components are tightly connected, enhancing the stability of the toilet.
Installation of Mobile Commodes
- Check Components: After opening the package, carefully check that all components are present. You can also follow the installation instructions provided with the product, which usually offer detailed steps and precautions.
- Install Flange: Install the toilet flange properly, aligning the center of the flange with the center of the drainpipe before placing the toilet correctly. This step is crucial; an improperly installed flange can lead to issues such as toilet leaks.
- Install Valves and Connectors: Install the angle valve and connect the three-way connector for the water inlet and the spray head, then screw on the toilet water inlet hose. During installation, ensure that all connections are tightened to prevent leaks.
- Assemble Spray Head: Assemble the toilet spray head, tightening the sealing rings at both ends. After assembly, connect it to the other end of the three-way connector. The sealing rings prevent water leaks, so ensure they are installed firmly.
- Install Spray Head Bracket: Forcefully snap the spray head bracket onto the top of the three-way connector, ensuring that the bracket is installed stably and can support the normal use of the spray head.
- Test Water and Apply Sealant: After assembling the toilet, conduct a water test to check for leaks. If there are no issues, apply sealant to further enhance the sealing performance.
