How to Construct a Home Mobile Toilet

There are mainly two methods for constructing a home mobile toilet: using a water storage barrel and using a water storage tank and a pallet. The specific construction steps are as follows:

Construction Using a Water Storage Barrel

1. Basic Structure Construction: Use an angle grinder to split the water storage barrel in half. Fix universal wheels at the four corners of a wooden board for easy mobility. Use wooden strips and self-tapping screws to fix them on the upper side of the barrel to increase height. Open a door on the side of the water storage barrel, install sponge strips to form a door frame, embed plastic soft boards to create an elevated wall, place the upper half of the water storage barrel on top of the wooden strips as a roof, and apply white waterproof paint to the wooden strips to enhance aesthetics.
2. Door and Drainage System Construction: Use foam strips to拼接 (assemble) discarded honeycomb wooden boards to make a simple door. Open a hole at the bottom of the barrel to install a drainage pipe to form a floor drain. Open holes on the side and bottom of a plastic bucket to connect direct joints, place the plastic bucket on the roof to form a small water storage device, and connect a shower made of a water pipe.
3. Water Equipment Installation: Install a tee joint below the water inlet pipe and connect a showerhead. Place a toilet and install a water tank, fix the toilet with glass glue, and connect the drainage pipe to the sewage bucket. Horizontally connect a water pipe from the tee joint on the water outlet pipe to the door as the water inlet pipe for the sink, connect a hose, and open a hole in the door to install a joint.

Construction Using a Water Storage Tank and a Pallet

1. Mobile Base and Tank Processing: First, fix universal wheels at the four corners of the bottom of a plastic pallet. Place a water storage tank recovered from a garbage station on the pallet. Use an angle grinder to cut along the marked line on the top of the water storage tank to remove the top part and form an open tank. Place another open-top water storage tank upside down on the first tank and fix the outer frame with self-tapping screws.
2. Drainage and Toilet Installation: Cut the outer frame and tank of the water storage tank to form a door. Open a hole on the internal floor of the water storage tank, insert an elbow from the bottom upwards and cut in a section of the water pipe, seal the gap with glue, and then cut off the excess water pipe. Place the toilet in alignment with the drainage port and fix it with glue.
3. Water Equipment Installation: Fix a water pipe on the wall buckle and install a faucet. Fix a pipe cap with screws below the faucet, connect a water pipe, and open a hole at the bottom as the drainage pipe outlet. Open a hole on the pipe cap, apply glass glue, and fix a sink made of a stainless steel basin. Connect the water inlet pipe to the toilet water tank, connect the shower hose, and install a shower bracket and a toilet seat. Install a showerhead-type shower made of a water pipe.
4. Door Installation: Fix hinges on the frame of the water storage tank, fix the other side of the hinges to a wooden board to form a door, and install a door handle.
