How to Assemble Container Houses

Quản trị 16 tháng 9, 2026

The assembly of container houses requires sequential completion of preparation, foundation construction, container installation, electrical and piping system installation, interior decoration, and safety protection steps. Details are as follows:

I. Preparation Stage
Before assembly, clarify housing requirements and design plans, including dimensions, shapes, and functional layouts. Select containers that meet quality standards according to the design, and check whether their dimensions and quantities meet the requirements. Simultaneously, prepare tools (such as screwdrivers, electric drills, welding equipment) and materials (such as bolts, sealants), ensuring all supplies are complete and in good condition.

II. Foundation Construction
The foundation is the core of housing stability. First, level the site and remove obstacles and uneven areas; second, excavate foundation trenches according to design requirements. When pouring concrete, ensure uniformity and compactness to avoid voids or cracks. After the concrete solidifies, check the surface flatness to ensure the container remains level and stable after placement.

III. Container Installation
Use a crane to vertically lift the container above the foundation and slowly lower it to the designated position. Connect the bottom of the container to the foundation embedment using bolts, and reinforce key stress points with welding to ensure a secure connection. During installation, continuously monitor the verticality of the container to avoid uneven structural stress due to tilting.

IV. Electrical and Piping System Installation
The electrical system should be wired according to electrical safety standards, with strong and weak currents laid separately. After installing sockets and lighting fixtures, perform insulation tests. The piping system includes water supply, drainage, and ventilation pipes. When laying them, reserve slopes to ensure smooth drainage, use sealants or clamps at connections to prevent leakage, and conduct pressure tests after completion to verify sealing.

V. Interior Decoration
For walls and ceilings, use light steel keels with gypsum boards or integrated wall panels, and lay moisture-proof floors or tiles on the ground. Ensure the sealing of doors and windows to prevent rainwater infiltration. Choose eco-friendly decoration materials to reduce the release of harmful substances like formaldehyde, and pay attention to details such as edge sealing and caulking to enhance overall aesthetics.

VI. Safety Protection and Environmental Measures
Construction personnel should wear safety helmets, protective shoes, and other equipment, and use safety harnesses for high-altitude work. During construction, control noise and dust by watering for dust reduction and setting up barriers to reduce impacts on the surrounding environment. Classify and dispose of waste to avoid soil and water pollution.
