How to Add Foam to Mobile Toilets

Quản trị 02 tháng 10, 2026

Adding foam to mobile toilets involves three steps: precise dilution, standardized addition, and regular maintenance. Here are the specific operations:

1. Precise Dilution of Foaming Agent The concentration of foaming agents varies among different brands. Before dilution, carefully read the product instructions. Under normal circumstances, the dilution ratio for general-purpose foaming agents is 1:150 - 1:200 (1 liter of the original solution is added to 150 - 200 liters of clean water). For applications in high-temperature, high-humidity, or high-traffic scenarios, increase the concentration to 1:100 - 1:120 to enhance foam durability. Use clean water for dilution to avoid water containing impurities or oil, which may affect the foaming effect. During dilution, stir thoroughly to ensure complete fusion of the original solution and water without layering or sedimentation. If the dilution ratio is inappropriate, it may result in sparse or easily broken foam, and adjustments should be made based on the actual usage effect.

2. Standardized Addition to the Equipment The foaming agent addition port for mobile toilets is usually located above the toilet bowl or inside the storage tank. Before adding, check if there is any residual liquid or sediment in the storage tank. If so, clean it thoroughly to avoid clogging the pipes or foaming device. The addition amount should be adjusted according to the storage tank capacity and usage frequency. Generally, it is recommended to add it to about two-thirds of the storage tank to avoid overflow due to overfilling or frequent additions due to underfilling. For automatic foaming devices, after adding, check if the device connections are normal and adjust the foaming frequency to ensure that sufficient foam is generated promptly during each use. For manually added mobile toilets, add the corresponding proportion of foaming agent simultaneously when replenishing clean water each time to maintain foam stability.

3. Regular Maintenance and Inspection During use, check the foam generation situation daily. If the foam is sparse or easily broken, it may be due to an excessively high dilution ratio or impurities in the storage tank. Adjust the concentration or clean the storage tank in a timely manner. After daily use, it is recommended to rinse the toilet bowl with clean water once to avoid fecal residue adhesion. Thoroughly clean the storage tank weekly to remove sediment and impurities and prevent clogging of the pipes and foaming device. In addition, the foaming agent should be stored in a sealed container, away from direct sunlight, high-temperature exposure, or low-temperature freezing to extend its shelf life. If the storage environment is inappropriate, it may cause the foaming agent to deteriorate and affect its usage effect.
