Sequence of Prefabricated Concealed Circuitry in Housing

Quản trị 18 tháng 9, 2026

The sequence of prefabricated concealed circuitry in housing mainly consists of five steps: positioning and marking, bottom box fixation, wire fixation and wiring, material selection, and consideration of aesthetics and maintenance convenience.

  1. Positioning and Marking
Identify circuit points based on design drawings, including specific locations for sockets, switches, and lighting fixtures. Use paint or markers to accurately mark positions on walls, ceilings, etc., ensuring subsequent construction aligns with the design plan. This step requires repeated verification of the drawings to avoid rework or safety hazards due to positioning errors.

  2. Bottom Box Fixation
The bottom boxes for sockets and lighting fixtures must be securely installed at marked positions using nails or specialized fasteners to prevent displacement during concrete pouring or wall treatment. The bottom boxes should be installed horizontally and at a depth that meets standards (usually flush with the finished wall surface) to provide a stable foundation for subsequent panel installation.

  3. Wire Fixation and Wiring

    • Pipeline Reinforcement: Reinforce wall pipelines with steel bars to enhance structural stability and prevent deformation or breakage due to external forces.
    • Wire Protection: Neatly fix wires within the pipelines and wrap them with tape or plastic wrap to prevent exposure to moisture or mechanical damage.
    • Wiring Techniques: Choose from large arcs, small arcs, 45-degree angles, or point-to-point techniques based on site conditions, ensuring the pipeline bending radius complies with regulations (≥6 times the pipe diameter in general areas, ≥10 times in underground or concrete areas), and is free from cracks, dents, or wrinkles.
    • Spacing and Layers: Maintain a 1-centimeter spacing between wire pipes for easy concrete vibration and compaction; stack no more than three layers to avoid compromising floor slab structural safety.
    • Special Position Handling: When laying pipelines along shear walls, maintain a certain distance from the wall to prevent damage from formwork positioning bars; lay concealed pipelines along the shortest path, minimizing bends and crossings. When the length exceeds limits, add distribution boxes or pull boxes and pre-thread lead wires.
  4. Material Selection
Prefer PVC pipes for wire conduits, as their strength and durability meet embedding requirements and are more cost-effective than iron pipes. PVC pipes must comply with fire and pressure resistance standards to avoid aging or breakage from using inferior materials.

  5. Consideration of Aesthetics and Maintenance Convenience
Conceal pipelines within ceilings or walls to avoid affecting aesthetics; reserve inspection ports and junction boxes for easy future circuit maintenance or replacement. The inspection port locations should be easily accessible and not detract from the overall decorative effect.
