Housing Concrete Prefabricated Panel Mold

Quản trị 18 tháng 9, 2026

The housing concrete prefabricated panel mold is a key industrial equipment for concrete forming, directly affecting the precision and production efficiency of prefabricated components. Its core functions and design features are as follows:

1. Structural and Functional Design
The housing concrete prefabricated panel mold uses a steel mold as its main structure, consisting of standardized components such as a bottom mold, side molds, and end molds, enabling rapid assembly and modification through modular design. Its core functions include:

  • Wet Demolding Technology: Achieves non-destructive separation of uncured concrete components through specific processes, avoiding damage to components caused by traditional demolding methods;
  • Mobility Efficiency Optimization: Adopts wing-shaped torsion spring positioning and lubrication design with oil injection in sliding slots to reduce mold movement resistance and enhance production line turnover speed;
  • Chamfer Forming Tooling: Modular design reduces mold modification costs, accommodating the production needs of six types of standard components, including laminated panels and stairs of different specifications;
  • New Positioning System: Such as magnetic box fixed side mold technology, which achieves precise positioning through magnetic attraction, reducing manual adjustment errors.

2. Manufacturing and Maintenance Specifications
Mold manufacturing must strictly adhere to stiffness calculation specifications, with support structures selected from section steel or steel plates, and the design value of load-bearing capacity must meet the requirements of building industrialization standards. Finished products should be coated with engine oil for rust prevention during storage. Structural inspections must be conducted when the number of turnovers is high (e.g., exceeding 50 times) to ensure safety in use.

3. Technological Development Trends
Current technological development focuses on two main directions:

  • Material Innovation: Explores the composite application of fiberglass and aluminum alloy, reducing weight by 30%-50% compared to traditional steel molds while maintaining the same stiffness and extending mold service life;
  • Automation Upgrade: Integrates automated demolding devices to achieve one-stop operations for demolding and mold cleaning through robotic arms or hydraulic systems, reducing manual intervention and enhancing production efficiency.

4. Extended Applications of Cement House Molds
Cement house molds are used for factory-prefabricated integral concrete houses, with core components including mold liners, exterior wall molds, bases, and slide rails, weighing over 20 tons. They form a casting cavity through mold opening and closing, combined with steam curing processes to accelerate concrete hardening, with wall thicknesses of 14-17 cm and panel thicknesses of 10-13 cm. This mold has undergone four generations of technological upgrades, can be reused for approximately 5-8 years, and is suitable for the production needs of housing factories of different scales, significantly shortening construction periods.
