Illustration of House Prefabricated Wall Structure

Quản trị 19 tháng 9, 2026

The illustration of house prefabricated wall structure mainly covers aspects such as the interpretation of prefabricated wall drawings, modeling, modeling of coupling beams, modeling of vertical cast-in-place strips, and relevant national standard drawings.

Interpretation of prefabricated wall drawings: Taking a resettlement housing project as an example, most prefabricated walls are of a regular rectangular shape, without insulation or tongue-and-groove joints, but with coupling beams and openings. In the wall plan view, each prefabricated wall has a number, such as B3 - YWQ5. Through this number, the corresponding detailed drawing can be found in the detailed drawings of prefabricated components. From the processing drawings of prefabricated wall components, by using different perspectives such as top views, front elevations, and left-side views, it is possible to determine whether the wall is an irregularly shaped wall with tongue-and-groove joints, whether it has openings, whether it has inner and outer leaf panels, and also identify key information such as the height of the prefabricated section and the height of the mortar bed.

Modeling of prefabricated walls: When modeling, first create a new prefabricated wall and select 'Rectangular Wall'. Then input the properties of the prefabricated wall. For example, set the thickness of the prefabricated wall to 200, the height of the mortar bed to 20, and the height of the prefabricated section to 2680. The height of the cast-in-place section will be automatically calculated by the software as the wall height - the prefabricated height - the height of the mortar bed, without the need for manual input. For prefabricated reinforcement, if calculation is required, the reinforcement schedule of the prefabricated component can be identified in the 'Prefabricated Reinforcement' property of the prefabricated component properties. Select the schedule in the drawing and click 'Identify'.

Modeling of coupling beams on prefabricated walls: Taking LL5 of the project as an example, the reinforcement of the coupling beam refers to the coupling beam schedule. From the section view of the prefabricated wall, it can be seen that the crossbars, stirrups, waist bars, tie bars, and lower longitudinal bars of the coupling beam have been prefabricated in the wall. Combined with the reinforcement schedule of the wall, it is known that these reinforcements of the coupling beam have been provided by the prefabricated wall. Therefore, when defining the coupling beam, only the surface reinforcement needs to be defined. When defining the coupling beam in the software, operations can be carried out according to the identified coupling beam information, without the need to manually delete unnecessary reinforcements and modify the height of the coupling beam. The concrete, model, and reinforcement of the coupling beam will be deducted from the prefabricated component.

Modeling of vertical cast-in-place strips of prefabricated walls: For example, AHJ1 and AHJ2 in the figure are vertical cast-in-place strips connecting prefabricated walls. Simply draw hidden columns in the software. However, it should be noted that after identifying the hidden columns, the tie bars need to be deleted because the protruding bars of the prefabricated wall can hook the longitudinal bars of the hidden columns.

16G906 National Standard Drawing Collection: This drawing collection is applicable to the on-site construction of assembled concrete shear wall structure residential buildings where the vertical reinforcement of prefabricated components is connected using grout sleeves. It elaborates in detail, through illustrations and text descriptions, the composition of the assembled concrete shear wall structure system, the overall construction process, etc. It includes content related to the construction of prefabricated wall panels and provides important references for the construction of prefabricated walls.
