The names, domiciles, legal representatives, contact information, and unified social credit codes of both Party A and Party B must be clearly specified to ensure the legal validity of the subject qualifications. For example:
- Party A (Employer): Fill in the complete name, address, and legal representative information.
- Party B (Contractor): Must possess the qualifications for the production and construction of prefabricated components, and the information must be consistent with the business license.

- Scope of Work:
- Clearly specify that the extension method is "prefabricated component wall, floor slab, and roof extension," with a total height not exceeding three floors and an increase in building area of 180 square meters.
- Design drawings must be attached as an appendix to clarify the extension location, structural form, and load requirements.
- Material Standards:
- Prefabricated components must comply with the requirements of the "Technical Specification for Assembled Concrete Structures" (JGJ 1-2014). The reinforcement strength grade (e.g., HRB400) and concrete strength grade (e.g., C40) must be clearly indicated.
- Party B must provide material qualification certificates and test reports.
III. Contract Price and Payment
- Total Amount: The tax-inclusive price is 6,400,000.00 yuan (13% VAT), and it must be specified whether it includes design, transportation, installation, and other fees.
- Payment Method:
- Payment shall be made in four installments: 30% within 5 days after the contract is signed; 40% upon completion of the main structure; 25% after completion acceptance; and 10% upon expiration of the warranty period (usually 2 years).
- An equivalent VAT special invoice must be provided for each payment.

- Settlement shall be based on the actual work volume. If design changes result in an increase or decrease in the work volume by more than 5%, both parties shall renegotiate the unit price.
IV. Performance Period and Location
- Construction Period: The total construction period is 480 calendar days, with clear stages specified for the production of prefabricated components (60 days), hoisting and installation (120 days), and acceptance preparation (60 days).
- Project Location: The specific address (e.g., xx Street xx Number) must be provided, and it must be noted that Party B is responsible for the material entry and stacking area.
- Risk Transfer: After the prefabricated components enter the site, the risk is borne by Party A, but Party B must ensure transportation safety.
V. Inspection, Acceptance, and Quality Assurance
- Acceptance Standards: The acceptance shall be carried out in accordance with the "Unified Standard for Construction Quality Acceptance of Building Engineering" (GB50300-2013).
- Acceptance Procedure: The acceptance shall be divided into three stages: hoisting of prefabricated components, main structure, and completion acceptance, with representatives from both parties signing for confirmation.
- Quality Objections: Party A must raise written objections within 3 days after acceptance; otherwise, it shall be deemed qualified. Party B must provide free maintenance services during the 2-year warranty period.
VI. Other Clauses
- Force Majeure: If the construction period is delayed by more than 60 days, the contract may be terminated through negotiation, but meteorological or government documents must be provided as proof.

- Supplementary Agreement: Matters not covered herein may be covered by a separate supplementary agreement, which shall have the same effect as this contract.
Notes: The terms must be adjusted according to the actual project when used, and a lawyer must review them to avoid legal risks.
