Production Process of House Prefabricated Beams

Quản trị 18 tháng 9, 2026

The production process of house prefabricated beams varies depending on the type, mainly divided into two types: prefabricated T-beams and prefabricated beams for prefabricated buildings. The specific production processes are as follows:

Production Process of Prefabricated T-Beams

  1. Construction Preparation: Clear and level the construction site to ensure the construction environment meets requirements. Meanwhile, prepare the necessary materials, equipment, and tools, such as steel bars, formwork, concrete mixing equipment, etc., and debug and inspect the equipment to ensure its normal operation.
  2. Rib Plate Reinforcement: Process and bind the rib plate reinforcement according to design requirements. First, process the steel bars by straightening, cutting, and bending, then bind them in the formwork according to the specified spacing and position to ensure a firm connection and form a stable steel bar framework.
  3. Side Formwork Installation: Install and fix the processed side formwork. The installation of the side formwork should ensure its perpendicularity and flatness, and the joints between formworks should be tight to prevent concrete leakage during pouring. After installation, reinforce the formwork to ensure no deformation occurs during concrete pouring.
  4. Concrete Construction: Transport the mixed concrete to the formwork for pouring using conveying equipment. During pouring, vibrate in layers to ensure concrete density and avoid quality defects such as honeycombs and pockmarks. Meanwhile, pay attention to controlling the pouring speed and height of the concrete to prevent formwork deformation.
  5. Formwork Removal and Chiseling: When the concrete reaches a certain strength, perform formwork removal operations. Remove the formwork in a certain order to avoid damaging the concrete surface. After formwork removal, chisel the concrete surface to increase the bonding force between the concrete and subsequent construction layers.
  6. Positive Moment Prestress Construction: After the concrete reaches the design strength, perform positive moment prestress construction. By tensioning the prestressed tendons, pre-compression stress is generated in the concrete to improve the beam's bearing capacity and crack resistance.
  7. Beam Removal and Storage: Move the fabricated prefabricated T-beams to the storage area using lifting equipment for storage. Pay attention to the support method and spacing of the beams during storage to prevent deformation and damage.

Production Process of Prefabricated Beams for Prefabricated Buildings

  1. Concrete Blocking: Before pouring, fill rubber strips in the gaps between the mold and steel bars to prevent concrete leakage during pouring and ensure the appearance quality of the prefabricated beams.
  2. Material Distribution and Vibration: Use a gantry crane to lift the concrete hopper to above the prefabricated beam mold to be poured, open the discharge port, and vibrate with a vibrating rod while pouring to ensure concrete density.
  3. Smoothing: Smooth the concrete surface with an iron trowel, pass the grid mold at the top of the beam through the stirrups, install it on the end mold, and connect and fix it with bolts. Pour 50mm high concrete into the two top grooves according to the drawings.
  4. Curing: Embed the QR code label into the concrete, noting that the QR code should face upwards. The steam curing shed should be tightly sealed around, insert the steam pipe into the steam curing shed, set the time and temperature, and start steam curing to promote the development of concrete strength.
  5. Inspection: Stack the components on the site beside the fixed mold table, inspect the thickness of the protective layer, use a tape measure to check the extension length of the steel bars, measure the distance from the embedded parts to the edge of the component, observe the concrete surface, which should not have serious defects, and all inspected parts should meet acceptance requirements.
  6. Lifting: Connect the duckbill lifting device to the lifting nails on the beam, lift the beam component 200mm to 300mm, pause briefly, check if the component is firm, and then transport the component after confirmation. Place skids or steel supports at the bottom of the component.
  7. Site Clearance: After the component production is completed, clear the site, sweep away the garbage on the mold and ground, and collect and store all used tools, drawings, and documents.
