Production Flowchart of House Prefabricated Beams
Quản trị 19 tháng 9, 2026
The production process of house prefabricated beams (box girders) can be divided into six key stages: construction preparation, steel bar processing and binding, formwork installation, concrete pouring and vibration, curing and tensioning grouting, and transportation and storage. The specific process details are as follows:

I. Construction Preparation
- Site Planning: The site needs to be leveled and functional areas divided, including steel bar processing yards, pre-binding areas, prefabrication areas, beam storage areas, and loading areas. The number of beam-making pedestals (concrete or steel section foundations) and beam storage pedestals should be set according to the construction schedule to ensure that the production rhythm matches.
- Material and Equipment Preparation: Steel bars, steel strands, anchors, corrugated pipes, etc., must be inspected and qualified before use; mixers, gantry cranes, tensioning equipment, etc., need to be overhauled and calibrated to avoid construction interruptions.
II. Steel Bar Processing and Binding
- Steel Bar Processing: Cut and bend steel bars according to the design drawings to ensure dimensional accuracy and avoid difficulties in subsequent installation.
- Steel Bar Binding: Follow the sequence of "bottom plate bottom layer → web and flange plate stirrups → prestressed pipe positioning → top plate bottom layer → corrugated pipes and embedded parts". The corrugated pipes must be strictly positioned and sealed at both ends with sealant to prevent concrete leakage during pouring.
III. Formwork Installation
- Formwork Treatment: Clean the formwork surface and apply a release agent to ensure a smooth concrete surface after demolding.
- Installation Sequence: First install the bottom formwork, then fix the side formwork (the joints need to be sealed), and finally assemble the inner formwork (assembled in sections and supported on steel bar stools). Adjust the verticality and flatness of the side formwork, with the error controlled within the specified range.
IV. Concrete Pouring and Vibration
- Concrete Mixing and Transportation: Mix strictly according to the mix ratio and use a mixer truck for transportation to prevent segregation.
- Pouring Sequence: Pour from one end in layers, first pour the bottom plate, then pour the webs in sections and layers, and finally pour the top plate to avoid the formation of cold joints.
- Vibration Method: Use an attached vibrator as the main method and an immersion vibrator as an auxiliary method to ensure that the concrete is dense and free of bubbles.
V. Curing and Tensioning Grouting
- Curing: Adopt natural curing or steam curing (such as in an intelligent assembly line steam curing room), control the temperature and humidity to prevent concrete cracking.
- Prestressed Tensioning: After the concrete strength reaches the standard, tension the steel strands in the designed sequence to ensure uniform prestress transmission.
- Duct Grouting: Grout within 24 hours after tensioning is completed, using a vacuum-assisted grouting process to prevent steel strand corrosion.
VI. Transportation and Storage
- Demolding and Transportation: After demolding, use a gantry crane or a mobile trolley to transfer to the beam storage area to avoid structural damage caused by collisions.
- Finished Product Storage: Store according to specifications, with the support points located at the designed positions of the beam body to prevent deformation.
Note: The actual process may be adjusted according to project requirements. For example, intelligent assembly lines use automated equipment (such as mobile pedestals and concrete spreaders) to improve efficiency. It is recommended to refine the operations in combination with design drawings and specifications.
