Installation of Prefabricated Panels for House Partitions
The installation process of prefabricated panels for house partitions mainly includes tool preparation, mold making for prefabricated panels, panel production, and panel installation.

Tool Preparation: Before construction, ensure that the construction environment meets standard requirements and conduct thorough inspection and treatment of the ground base. Check that all construction materials and tools are fully prepared and that construction personnel have received proper technical briefings. The main materials include galvanized square tubes, prefabricated welded connectors, films, varnish, etc. Additionally, complete the construction of the ground beam following the sequence of line marking → rebar planting → formwork erection → grouting → full grouting → formwork removal → curing. Line marking is used to determine the position and dimensions of the ground beam; rebar planting involves embedding rebars into the base to enhance the connection between the ground beam and the base; formwork erection provides a mold for grouting; grouting and full grouting involve injecting concrete into the mold to ensure the strength of the ground beam; formwork removal and curing ensure that the ground beam reaches the designed strength.
Mold Making for Prefabricated Panels: Based on the design dimensions, use galvanized square tubes to fabricate a mold frame. Lay a film on the pre-formed square tube frame. The film serves to prevent concrete adhesion, facilitating subsequent demolding and ensuring the surface quality of the prefabricated panels.
Panel Production: Place a steel mesh inside the mold. The steel mesh enhances the structural strength of the prefabricated panel and improves its load-bearing capacity. Next, pour concrete, ensuring that it fills the mold densely during the pouring process to avoid defects such as voids. Simultaneously, accurately embed welding components for connection with walls and ceilings into the concrete to ensure a firm connection between the prefabricated panel and other structures. After the concrete has naturally set and reached the specified strength, remove the mold according to standard procedures.
Panel Installation: After the prefabricated panels are demolded, accurately align the embedded parts of the prefabricated wall panels with those of the ground beam, walls, and ceilings. Implement firm fixation through professional welding techniques to ensure the stability and integrity of the wall panel installation. Additionally, the installation process includes positioning, support, adjustment, and concrete pouring. For example, during hoisting, measure and mark the positioning lines for the exterior wall panels, correct any skewed rebars, use specialized rebar positioning plates to verify the positioning and verticality of the reserved rebars, place adjustment shims, and use a level to verify the elevation, ensuring the accuracy and quality of the installation.
