Prefabricated Component Diagram for House Additional Floor

Quản trị 19 tháng 9, 2026

Currently, no prefabricated component diagram specifically for house additional floors has been directly found, but relevant prefabricated component information and drawing methods can be provided for reference.

Types of Prefabricated Components

  • Prefabricated Floor Slabs: There are various types. For example, the prefabricated prestressed composite floor slab improves the load-bearing capacity and crack resistance of the floor slab through prestressing technology. The prefabricated truss-reinforced composite floor slab has truss reinforcement that enhances the overall integrity and stiffness of the floor slab. The prefabricated ribbed prestressed composite floor slab (PK slab) has a unique ribbed structure and good load-bearing performance. There are also prefabricated solid floor slabs and prefabricated hollow floor slabs. The solid floor slab has a simple structure and reliable load-bearing capacity, while the hollow floor slab can reduce self-weight and save materials.
  • Prefabricated Beams: These include prefabricated prestressed beams, which use prestressing to improve the flexural capacity of the beams. The prefabricated composite beam is composed of a prefabricated part and a cast-in-place part, facilitating construction. The prefabricated U-shaped hollow beam has a light self-weight and can meet certain load-bearing requirements. The double-sided prefabricated composite beam has good overall performance.
  • Prefabricated Walls: There are prefabricated solid shear walls that can provide significant lateral resistance. The prefabricated hollow wall can reduce the self-weight of the wall. The prefabricated composite shear wall (double-skin wall) is composed of two layers of prefabricated panels and intermediate cast-in-place concrete, combining the advantages of prefabrication and cast-in-place construction. The prefabricated sandwich insulation exterior wall and the prefabricated insulation and decoration integrated exterior wall not only meet structural requirements but also have good insulation and decoration properties.
  • Prefabricated Columns: Mainly include prefabricated solid columns and prefabricated hollow columns. The solid column has strong load-bearing capacity, while the hollow column can save materials and reduce self-weight.
  • Prefabricated Stairs: For example, the prefabricated finished stairs can be directly installed and used, enabling fast construction.
  • Other Complex Special-shaped Components: These include prefabricated bay windows, prefabricated exterior walls with bay windows, prefabricated corner exterior walls, prefabricated integrated kitchen and bathroom units, and prefabricated air-conditioning panels. These components can meet the diverse needs of buildings.

Drawing Methods for Prefabricated Exterior Wall Components

In actual project applications, the same prefabricated component is divided into simplified components and detailed components. Simplified components are used in project models for conventional plan and elevation drawings. Detailed components are used for detailed design drawings and modeling, etc., and are placed in an independent project model for detailed drawing design. Both have the same three-dimensional dimensions, but detailed components contain more detailed components. Through the use of detailed and simplified components, detailed drawings of prefabricated exterior wall components can be created, such as elevation details and section details of components; embedded part location drawings, including statistical tables for metal embedded parts for diagonal braces, installation details for metal embedded parts for diagonal braces, and statistical tables for prefabricated exterior walls; and vertical numbering drawings for prefabricated components generated from simplified components.
