Hotel Mobile Toilet Construction

Quản trị 21 tháng 9, 2026

The construction plan for hotel mobile toilets should be selected based on the specific type, which can be divided into two scenarios: bathroom relocation and renovation, and temporary sanitary facility construction:

I. Construction Plan for Bathroom Relocation and Renovation within Hotels

  1. Project Overview

    • Scope of Renovation: This involves the overall relocation of guest room bathrooms. For example, a chain hotel renovated 12 guest rooms (one each on floors 3-14). The original bathroom area was 6.5㎡, and after renovation, it was adjusted to a dry-wet partition layout, with an additional 1.2㎡ shower area and optimized handwashing counter operation space to 0.8m×1.2m.
    • Core Issues: Resolve problems such as poor drainage, aging pipes, and failed waterproofing in the original bathrooms, while also meeting the latest building standards.
    • Structural Renovation: Remove the original non-load-bearing partitions (120mm thick), construct new light steel keel partitions (double-sided gypsum board + sound insulation cotton), and adjust the door opening positions. For the drainage system, adopt a dedicated toilet relocation plan, and connect the new shower area drainage branch pipes to the original riser. For the water supply system, replace the cold and hot water pipes and optimize their routing.
    • Decoration Works: Lay anti-slip full-body tiles on the walls and floors, use aluminum alloy integrated ceilings, and equip with smart sensor sanitary ware.
    • Operational Guarantees: Conduct construction in batches, control the duration and timing of each batch, provide sound insulation barriers, and specify drainage slopes (≥2%) and waterproofing requirements (coating height ≥1.8m).
  2. Construction Preparation

    • Drawing Refinement: Draw detailed construction drawings such as pipe routing, floor drain positioning, and tile layout. Verify the drainage efficiency of toilet relocation through model testing, compile process cards and work instructions, and provide special training to construction teams.
    • Material Preparation: Specify material specifications and parameters (such as polyurethane waterproof coating, UPVC drainage pipes, anti-slip floor tiles, etc.) and acceptance standards, with sampling frequencies in line with regulations.
    • Temporary Facilities: Set up material storage areas, processing areas, and garbage transfer bins, and equip with safety protection facilities (such as guardrails and warning signs) and finished product protection measures (such as laying protective film on the floor).

II. Construction Plan for Movable Temporary Sanitary Facilities

  1. Material Preparation
Prepare tools and materials such as electric drills, saws, wire mesh, cement, toilets, water tanks, drainage pipes, flooring materials, construction adhesives, waterproofing materials, and power cords, ensuring that the materials meet environmental and durability requirements.

  2. Construction Steps

    • Foundation Treatment: Clean the construction ground to ensure it is flat and free of debris, and determine the position according to the design plan.
    • Support Frame Construction: Use wood or metal materials to build a sturdy support frame, ensuring that the load-bearing capacity meets usage requirements.
    • Wall and Roof Construction: Pour walls with wire mesh and cement, install a waterproof roof (such as color steel plates or PVC membranes), and ensure there are no leaks.
    • Equipment Installation: Fix toilets, water tanks, washbasins, faucets, connect drainage and water supply pipes, and test the system for airtightness.
    • Finishing Work: Install doors and windows, lay anti-slip floors, and strengthen joint sealing with construction adhesives and waterproofing materials.
  3. Quality Acceptance

    • Structural Safety: Check the stability of the support frame, the perpendicularity of the walls, and the waterproofing effect of the roof.
    • Equipment Functionality: Test the toilet flushing, faucet water flow, and the smoothness of the drainage pipes to ensure there are no leaks.
    • Environmental Standards: Acceptance of ventilation (air exchange rate ≥3 times/h) and lighting (illuminance ≥100lx) effects, and check the floor flatness (error ≤3mm) and anti-slip properties (friction coefficient ≥0.5).
