High-End Portable Toilet Processing

Quản trị 22 tháng 10, 2026

The processing of high-end portable toilets encompasses five core stages: structural design, mold manufacturing, internal assembly, shell treatment, and quality inspection. The specific process is as follows:

1. Structural Design
Engineers design structural solutions using 3D modeling software based on usage scenarios (such as tourist attractions, construction sites, and temporary events) and load-bearing requirements. Key considerations include wind resistance (e.g., enhanced structural stability is required in coastal areas), corrosion resistance (e.g., stainless steel or galvanized steel is selected), and sewage storage capacity (calculated based on the average daily number of users). The structural forms are divided into single-unit (independent unit) or modular (multi-unit assembly) types. The mold framework is processed using a CNC cutting machine to ensure dimensional accuracy within ±1mm.

2. Mold Manufacturing

  • Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) Material: First, a wooden or foam positive mold is created. After applying a release agent to the surface, layers of fiberglass cloth are manually laid down, with each layer brushed with unsaturated polyester resin. A roller is used to remove air bubbles, and the process is repeated 3-5 times to form the shell. This process requires control of the resin curing temperature (usually 25-30°C) and interlayer bonding strength to prevent delamination.
  • Plastic Material: The rotational molding process is used, where polyethylene powder is placed into a metal mold and heated to 200-250°C while rotating on two axes, causing the powder to melt and uniformly adhere to the inner wall. After cooling, the mold is removed. This process is suitable for producing irregularly shaped components, such as curved shells or water storage tanks.

3. Internal Assembly

  • Functional Module Installation: Toilets are made of stainless steel or ceramic materials, paired with foot-operated flushing devices or electric pumps (with reserved power outlets). The ventilation system integrates exhaust fans and activated carbon filters to ensure odor emissions meet standards. Lighting devices use LED strips for energy efficiency and brightness.
  • Extended Function Configuration: High-end models include additional features such as sinks (with sensor faucets), sewage storage tanks (capacity 500-2000L), and odor control modules (e.g., biological degradation or chemical deodorizers). Modular design supports quick assembly and disassembly for easy maintenance.

4. Shell Treatment

  • Surface Protection: The exterior wall is sprayed with stone-like paint to enhance aesthetics and weather resistance (withstanding UV rays and acid rain). The steel frame undergoes cutting and welding, followed by electrophoretic coating for rust prevention, with a thickness of 20-30μm.
  • Sealing Optimization: Plastic components are produced using injection molding technology to ensure no leakage at seams. Windows and doors are fitted with sealing strips to prevent rainwater intrusion.

5. Quality Inspection and Shipping

  • Performance Testing: Finished products must pass airtightness tests (pressure maintained for 10 minutes without leakage), load-bearing tests (simulating a 200kg load), and simulated usage tests (500 consecutive flushes without failure).
  • Climate Adaptation Adjustments: In northern regions, polyurethane insulation layers (thickness ≥50mm) are added, while southern regions enhance ventilation hole design and apply moisture-proof coatings.
  • Shipping Preparation: After passing inspection, products are secured to transport vehicles using lifting methods to ensure structural stability during transit.

Some high-end models also integrate intelligent monitoring systems (e.g., sewage level alarms and usage count statistics) to further enhance user experience.
