Hezhou Prefabricated House Customization

Quản trị 18 tháng 9, 2026

Hezhou prefabricated house customization mainly includes two forms: assembled container house customization and packing-box house customization.

Assembled Container House Customization

Assembled container house customization adopts advanced architectural concepts, pre-fabricating building materials into standardized modules. Most of the production processes for these modules are completed in the factory, after which they are transported to the construction site for assembly. Its main structure uses a light steel frame, which has high strength and stability, enabling it to withstand a certain degree of external force impact. At the same time, a large amount of eco-friendly materials are used, which not only meet the requirements of sustainable development but also provide a healthy and safe indoor environment for occupants.

Assembled container houses have numerous significant advantages. Strong earthquake resistance: The light steel frame has good flexibility and ductility, allowing it to effectively absorb and disperse seismic energy during an earthquake, reducing the extent of damage to the building and ensuring the safety of personnel. Good fire resistance: The eco-friendly materials used have certain fire-retardant properties, which can to some extent prevent the spread of fire and buy time for personnel evacuation and firefighting operations. Excellent sound insulation: Reasonable structural design and material selection effectively block the entry of external noise, creating a quiet and comfortable living space for occupants. In addition, this construction method can significantly reduce construction time and costs while improving building quality. Since most components are prefabricated in the factory, it reduces the workload and errors of on-site construction, improving construction efficiency and precision.

Packing-Box House Customization

Packing-box houses are not simply modified shipping containers but rather a building system based on modular design concepts. Their main structures are produced in a standardized manner in the factory, including frames, walls, roofs, and other parts, and then transported to the site in a “packed” form for rapid assembly.

Packing-box houses are cost-effective due to several factors. Mass production reduces the unit cost, short construction periods save on overall expenses, high material utilization rates minimize waste, and reusability extends the cost cycle. Their high quality is reflected in their sturdy and reliable structure, which can withstand various natural environmental challenges; good thermal insulation and sound insulation properties, providing a comfortable indoor environment for occupants. In addition, the factory prefabrication of packing-box houses reduces the generation of waste materials and dust emissions from on-site construction. The main components can be systematically disassembled and reassembled at new locations, and the steel frame has a high recycling rate. They can also be optimized according to local climate data, reducing disturbance to the original ecological environment of the site.
