Hemu Mobile Toilet Design

Quản trị 22 tháng 10, 2026

The design of mobile toilets in Hemu needs to comprehensively consider multiple factors such as mobility, cost-effectiveness, environmental friendliness, and regional adaptability. The following introduces the design principles, structural composition, material selection, functional design, and regional characteristic design.

Design Principles: Adhere to principles of mobility, cost-effectiveness, environmental friendliness, environmental benefit, efficiency enhancement, and humanitarian promotion. Mobility requires the overall structure of the toilet to be easy to transport and install, enabling rapid deployment at different locations. Cost-effectiveness involves controlling costs while ensuring quality, thereby extending service life. Environmental friendliness emphasizes reducing pollution and being kind to the environment. Efficiency enhancement aims to improve user experience and management efficiency. Humanitarian promotion reflects humanistic care for users.

Structural Composition: Generally consists of a fecal sewage storage tank (or disposal unit), flooring, sanitary ware, walls, washing equipment, water tanks, roofs, and mobility devices. The fecal sewage storage tank is used for collecting and treating excreta; the flooring should be slip-resistant and easy to clean; sanitary ware ensures comfort and hygiene during use; walls provide privacy protection and structural support; washing equipment meets daily cleaning needs; water tanks supply water for flushing, etc.; roofs provide shelter from wind and rain; mobility devices facilitate the overall movement of the toilet.

Material Selection: The outer shell can be made of metal carved panels, etc., forming a sealed box through full-welding processes. This material and process are more resistant to wind and rain erosion, effectively protecting the internal structure. The floor can be made of slip-resistant aluminum panels, with raised and sunken patterns to increase friction and prevent users from slipping, while guiding accumulated water to drainage channels to keep the floor dry.

Functional Design: Choose an appropriate sewage treatment method based on the usage scenario and requirements, such as water flushing, waterless suction, circulating water flushing, and dry packing. Water flushing provides good cleaning results but requires an adequate water supply; waterless suction is suitable for water-scarce areas; circulating water flushing can save water resources; dry packing does not require water and is convenient for disposal.

Regional Characteristic Design: Hemu is located in Xinjiang, where winters are extremely cold. The design of mobile toilets can refer to the experience of some areas in Xinjiang and choose a sewage pipe design with heating functions to prevent the pipes from freezing at low temperatures and ensure the normal use of the toilets.
