Handan Simple Container House

Quản trị 15 tháng 9, 2026

The Handan simple container house is a temporary housing unit assembled from containers, featuring modularity, mobility, and low cost. It is suitable for construction site dormitories, emergency housing, small commercial venues, and other scenarios.

I. Structure and Materials
The simple container house is based on a standard container, with a main structure made of steel frames and enclosure materials mostly consisting of color-steel sandwich panels (some high-quality products use A-grade fireproof materials such as rock wool boards and fireproof cotton). The thickness of the channel steel directly affects the load-bearing capacity of the house; high-quality products can be stacked up to three layers, while inferior products may only withstand the pressure of two layers. The roof should not have heavy objects placed on it or be stepped on, and drilling holes or nailing into the walls is strictly prohibited (except for air conditioning installation); suction cup hooks should be used to hang items.

II. Core Advantages

  1. Rapid Assembly and Disassembly: The modular design significantly shortens the installation period, making it particularly suitable for emergency projects.
  2. Cost-Effectiveness: Compared to brick-and-mortar houses, container houses offer significant advantages in terms of transportation, production costs, and environmental pollution control.
  3. Flexibility and Customizability: Dimensions and functional layouts can be customized according to needs, supporting personalized design.
  4. Environmental Protection and Energy Efficiency: The materials are recyclable, aligning with the development trend of prefabricated buildings.

III. Safety Precautions

  1. Fire Safety:
    • Avoid using flammable sandwich materials such as polystyrene and polyurethane foam; prioritize A-grade fireproof materials.
    • Keep heat sources and open flames away from the house, and maintain a safe distance during open-flame operations.
    • Protect wires with sleeves, use metal galvanized surface-mounted switch boxes, and equip with fire extinguishing equipment.
    • Maintain a minimum distance of 6 meters between houses to prevent the spread of fire.
  2. Electrical Safety: Prohibit the use of high-power electrical appliances such as electric stoves and irons, and avoid drying clothes on wires or building houses under power lines.
  3. Transportation and Lifting: Use four steel wires of no less than 5 meters each to lift the four corners simultaneously; direct lifting with a hook machine is strictly prohibited to prevent box deformation.

IV. Application Scenarios
Container houses in the Handan area have been widely used in construction site dormitories, post-disaster temporary settlements, agricultural exhibition halls, office buildings, and other fields. Some manufacturers support personalized customization to meet the needs of different scenarios.
