Handan Mobile Environmental Toilet Design
The design of Handan's mobile environmental toilets incorporates multiple innovative technologies, including water conservation, environmental protection, energy self-sufficiency, and intelligent management, to meet the needs of urban cleanliness and public environmental improvement.

Water Conservation and Environmental Protection Technologies: Handan's mobile environmental toilets utilize foam sealing or microbial degradation technologies, both of which significantly reduce flushing water consumption. The foam sealing technology generates abundant foam to cover excreta, blocking odors and reducing water usage; the microbial degradation technology employs specific microorganisms to decompose excreta, achieving "zero water consumption" and effectively reducing urban sewage discharge loads.
Energy Self-Sufficiency and Intelligent Management: The toilets integrate solar power systems, using solar panels to convert light energy into electricity, providing power for lighting and sensor-activated flushing devices within the toilets, achieving energy self-sufficiency. Meanwhile, the automatic sensor-activated flushing devices flush based on usage, reducing labor maintenance costs and enhancing user convenience.
Deodorization and Ventilation Systems: The deodorization system combines activated carbon filtration with negative pressure ventilation technology. Activated carbon adsorbs odor molecules, while negative pressure ventilation expels polluted air from the toilet compartments, ensuring fresh air and enhancing the user experience.
Material Selection and Durability: The toilet bodies are primarily constructed from corrosion-resistant and freeze-thaw-resistant composite materials, which are suitable for Handan's cold and dry winter climate, preventing issues such as pipe ruptures due to low temperatures and extending the toilets' service life.
Modular and Customized Design: The toilets support modular assembly processes, with precisely fitting components that facilitate transportation and installation. Additionally, they can be customized according to the actual needs of urban management departments or scenic area operators, offering different specifications and functional configurations, such as adding baby care stations or barrier-free access, to meet diverse usage scenarios.
Wide Temperature Range and Environmentally Friendly Materials: The design accommodates a temperature range of -50℃ to 50℃, meeting usage requirements under various climatic conditions. The exterior and interior construction materials comply with environmental standards, such as metal carved panels or aluminum-plastic panels, which are color-stable, resistant to UV radiation and water vapor acid-base corrosion, not prone to aging, and easy to clean and maintain with simple water flushing.
