Haibei Mobile Toilet

Quản trị 21 tháng 9, 2026

The construction of mobile toilets in Haibei Prefecture focuses on environmental protection, convenience, and intelligence. Through technological innovation and policy promotion, it effectively solves the toilet problem in high-altitude areas and forms a replicable ecological toilet model.

Environmentally Friendly Materials and Modular Design Enhance Sustainability

Mobile toilets in Haibei Prefecture use color-steel panels as the main material, reducing resource consumption by controlling production energy consumption and optimizing surface coating technology. Its modular system design achieves standardized transportation units, simplified assembly processes, and unified maintenance interfaces, significantly improving deployment efficiency. For high-altitude environments, the structural strength is enhanced by adjusting the density of the color-steel panel core material and the thickness ratio of the surface layer, and a sandwich air circulation layer design is developed to balance natural ventilation and thermal insulation needs. The production process adopts centralized production of standardized components to reduce waste from offcuts, establishes a regional supply chain to reduce logistics carbon emissions, and integrates water circulation system technology to reduce daily water consumption per toilet by about 40%. In the future, the focus will be on building a closed-loop material system, developing reversible connection technology to improve panel disassembly efficiency, and using recycled steel for some non-load-bearing components to reduce the carbon footprint.

Intelligent and Humanized Services Optimize Experience

Gangcha County achieves dual-wheel drive of standardization and intelligence through full-coverage of the “5-minute toilet access circle”. The county is equipped with 5 public toilets per square kilometer, with clear signage along highways in remote scenic areas. Twenty-four public toilets are open 24 hours a day and integrate sixteen convenience measures, promoting the upgrade of public toilets to “comprehensive service stations”. In addition, the “Green Toilet” in Panbao Village, Gangcha County, relies on “NICE energy supply warehouse” technology, integrating solid heat storage and multi-energy integrated microgrid systems to solve the problems of winter freezing, summer dirtiness, and off-grid energy supply in high-altitude and cold regions. The pilot project has operated stably for over 3,000 hours, achieving low-cost operation and maintenance through a “local management + remote support” model.

Star-rated Renovation and Diversified Models Promote Long-term Management

Haibei Prefecture has standardized the renovation of 239 tourist toilets, installing 1,690 handrails, optimizing toilet space, and incorporating ethnic cultural elements to achieve “one toilet, one style”. The star-rated toilets along National Highway 315 in Gangcha County are equipped with comprehensive convenience services. In the future, it plans to secure provincial funding to build 15 new tourist toilets, implement a “one toilet, one scenic view” design, enable an intelligent management system to cover the entire prefecture, and explore a “business-supported toilet” model to achieve sustainable operation and maintenance.
