Guangdong Mobile Toilet Purchase Policy

Quản trị 20 tháng 9, 2026

There is no direct, unified, and detailed regulation on the purchase policy of mobile toilets in Guangdong, but certain reference information can be obtained from project procurement and subsidy policies.

Project Procurement Policy

In Guangdong, there are projects for the public bidding and procurement of mobile toilets. Taking the 2026 Fuyong Street Mobile Public Toilet Project as an example, this project has a clear budget and maximum price limit, both set at 1,280,000.00 yuan. There are strict requirements and standardized procedures for potential bidders:

  • Obtaining Bidding Documents and Bidding: Potential bidders need to obtain the bidding documents within the specified time and submit their bidding documents as required.
  • Bidder Qualifications: Joint bids are not accepted. Bidders must meet the provisions of Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China, provide relevant supporting materials, and have no major illegal records in their business activities. This ensures that the enterprises participating in the bidding have certain qualifications and credibility, guaranteeing the smooth implementation and quality of the project.

Subsidy Policy

The notice issued by six departments including the Ministry of Commerce on doing a good job in the home renovation and kitchen and bathroom upgrade work in 2025 provides subsidy support for individual consumers for the purchase of items and materials used in the renovation of old houses and local upgrades of kitchens and bathrooms. The subsidy categories cover five major categories: renovation materials, sanitary ware, furniture and lighting, smart home products, and home adaptation products for the elderly. Each region can determine the specific categories based on actual conditions. The subsidy standards vary according to different situations. They are not higher than 15% of the actual sales price (after deducting all discounts and preferential prices). For products that meet the energy efficiency or water efficiency standards of Level 1 or above, the subsidy is not higher than 20%, and for home adaptation products for the elderly, it is not higher than 30%. Although this subsidy policy mainly targets individual consumers' home renovation and kitchen and bathroom upgrades and does not explicitly mention whether mobile toilets are within the subsidy scope, the sanitary ware part of mobile toilets may be indirectly related. Individual consumers can pay attention to local specific policies when purchasing to see if they can enjoy corresponding subsidies.
