Glass Mobile Toilet Installation
The installation of glass mobile toilets requires step-by-step standardized operations that take into account material properties, modular design, and supporting facility requirements to ensure safety and functionality.

1. Material and Structural Adaptation
The material differences among various types of glass mobile toilets directly affect the installation methods. Gansu mobile toilets often use high-strength fiberglass-reinforced plastic, which is corrosion-resistant and cold-resistant, with internal insulation layers added to adapt to cold environments; Apple Cabin mobile toilets, on the other hand, use galvanized steel plates as frames, paired with 8mm black tempered glass, and enhance aesthetics through decorative square tube shapes. Before installation, it is necessary to confirm material properties, such as avoiding scratching the surface of fiberglass-reinforced plastic with sharp tools and checking the edges of tempered glass for flatness to prevent breakage during installation.
2. Modular Assembly Process
The modular design of mobile toilets simplifies the installation process, but operational details need to be adjusted according to the scenario.
- Foundation Preparation: In mountainous scenic areas, transportation routes need to be planned in advance, and special vehicles should be used to transport modules; in urban areas, warning signs should be set up to avoid affecting traffic.
- Main Body Assembly: Gansu mobile toilets are usually integrated modules that can be assembled within 1-2 hours; Apple Cabin toilets require fixing the male and female partition frames first, then assembling through folding steel plates and glass modules, ensuring the tightness of connections.
- Level Calibration: Use a level to check whether the main body of the toilet is stable, especially on soft soil foundations where the foundation needs to be reinforced or the module leveled.
3. Key Points for Installing Supporting Facilities
- Glass Door Pulley System:
- When removing old pulleys, use a screwdriver to loosen the fixing screws and use a plumb bob to mark the verticality of the door body to avoid deformation of the door frame;
- When installing new pulleys, ensure that the bearings are inserted vertically into the slide rails and that the outer frame maintains a 90-degree angle with the slide rails to prevent the glass door from getting stuck;
- Adjust the position of the pulleys with a plumb bob and repeatedly push and pull to test the parallelism of the glass door, with an error controlled within ±2mm.
- Sewage System: In areas without sewer pipes, environmentally friendly fecal tanks need to be installed, with cleaning ports reserved and ensuring tightness; water circulation devices need to be connected to the inlet and outlet pipes, and the flushing pressure should be tested to meet standards.
- Mobile Toilet Fixing: Attach silicone anti-slip pads to the bottom of the toilet body, align the upper and lower toilet bodies, and press the buckles until a "click" sound is heard to confirm fixing, preventing displacement during use.
4. Adaptation to Special Scenarios
In arid areas such as Gansu, priority should be given to water-saving automatic flushing devices, and backup power supplies should be configured to prevent power outages; in high-altitude areas, the weather resistance of fiberglass-reinforced plastic materials should be checked to prevent ultraviolet aging. After installation, functional tests should be carried out, including the opening and closing of the glass door, the flushing system, and sewage discharge efficiency, to ensure compliance with usage standards.
Actual construction should strictly follow the product manual, and if necessary, contact the manufacturer's technical staff for on-site guidance.
