Garden Mobile Toilet Construction Technology

Quản trị 11 tháng 10, 2026

The construction technology of garden mobile toilets mainly includes three stages: pre-installation preparation, main body installation, and construction technology details.

I. Pre-installation Preparation

  1. Site Survey and Location Selection: Comprehensively evaluate the garden terrain, visitor flow patterns, and environmental impacts. The location should avoid low-lying areas prone to water accumulation, choosing a spot with firm soil, a flat terrain, and harmony with the surrounding landscape, while ensuring accessibility for sewage suction vehicles. Specific requirements include being no more than 50 meters from the main path, at least 30 meters from centralized drinking water sources, avoiding core vegetation protection zones, and having a ground bearing capacity of no less than 10 kN/square meter.
  2. Specification and Model Determination: Select an appropriate mobile toilet model based on the peak visitor flow, usage frequency, gender ratio, and management conditions in the garden, and confirm the sewage disposal method (such as direct discharge or storage).
  3. Procedure Handling and Material Preparation: Complete the reporting and approval process with the garden management or property department; prepare construction materials such as cement, sand, and bricks, as well as tools like level gauges, tape measures, and electric drills, and reserve water and electricity access points.
  4. Foundation Construction:
    • Layout and Excavation: Mark the foundation pit outline according to the toilet base dimensions, with the excavation depth determined by soil conditions and toilet weight.
    • Concrete Foundation Pouring: After laying and compacting gravel at the bottom of the foundation pit, pour concrete and embed fixing components; for direct discharge toilets, simultaneously embed sewage pipes.
    • Curing: The concrete foundation requires curing for at least 3 days to ensure adequate strength.

II. Main Body Installation Process

  1. Transportation and Positioning: Transport the toilet box using a flatbed truck and place it steadily on the concrete foundation using lifting equipment.
  2. Lifting and Positioning: Mark positioning lines on the foundation surface and confirm the integrity of the box lifting points; have a dedicated person direct the lifting, and after placement, measure the horizontal deviation of the four corners with a level gauge, keeping the overall deviation within 2 millimeters.

III. Construction Technology Details

  1. Foundation Work: The ground must be leveled and cleaned, with uneven areas leveled in advance.
  2. Module Assembly and Sealing: Use self-locking connectors to assemble module units, ensuring sealing and rigidity.
  3. Pipe Connection: The drainage pipe layout should avoid pedestrian areas, maintaining a stable slope at ground drainage outlets; use sealing materials at water supply and drainage pipe connections to prevent leakage.
  4. Pipeline Layout: Reserve maintenance space for internal pipelines to facilitate daily inspections.
  5. Function Testing: After connecting electricity, water, and sewage, conduct water pressure, leakage, and airtightness tests to ensure no leakage or odors.
