Garden Mobile Toilet Construction Plan
Quản trị 09 tháng 10, 2026
The garden mobile toilet construction plan mainly includes three parts: pre-installation preparation, foundation construction, and main body installation, as detailed below:

I. Pre-installation Preparation
- Site Survey and Location Selection: The location should balance visitor convenience and construction feasibility. It should be near major walking paths, rest areas, or crowd gathering points, avoiding low-lying areas prone to water accumulation. Choose a location with firm soil, flat terrain, and harmony with the surrounding landscape, while ensuring easy access for sewage suction vehicles.
- Specification and Model Determination: Select the toilet type (e.g., single-pit, multi-pit, accessible restrooms) based on peak visitor flow, usage frequency, gender ratio, and management conditions. Determine the sewage disposal method (direct discharge, packaged, or recirculating water flush), which directly affects foundation construction and subsequent maintenance plans.
- Obtain Necessary Permits: Before starting construction, complete the reporting or approval process with the garden management or property department to ensure compliance with park regulations.
- Material and Tool Preparation: Prepare building materials such as cement, sand, and bricks according to the toilet size. Equip with tools like level gauges, tape measures, wrenches, electric drills, and lifting equipment (e.g., small cranes or forklifts). Plan water and electricity access points in advance.
II. Foundation Construction
- Layout and Excavation: Mark the foundation outline with lime powder or string according to the toilet base dimensions. Excavate to a depth below the frost line and slightly larger than the base dimensions to meet construction needs.
- Concrete Foundation Pouring: Lay crushed stone at the bottom of the excavation and compact it as a base layer. Pour concrete to form a flat foundation platform, using a level gauge to repeatedly check the levelness. Pre-embed anchor bolts or steel plates in the foundation for fixing the toilet body. For direct-discharge toilets, simultaneously pre-embed sewage pipes and ensure a reasonable slope.
- Curing: After concrete pouring, cure for at least 3 days until fully solidified and meeting strength requirements before proceeding to the next installation step.
III. Main Body Installation Process
Transportation and Positioning: Transport the toilet body to the site using a flatbed truck. Use lifting equipment (crane or forklift) to lift and move it smoothly onto the concrete foundation, with a dedicated person directing the operation to ensure safety.
