Gansu Mobile Environmental Toilet Design

Quản trị 19 tháng 10, 2026

The design of mobile environmental toilets in Gansu combines local environmental characteristics and usage requirements, featuring material adaptability, modular structure, efficient sewage discharge, environmental adaptability, clean energy, and scientific site selection.

In terms of material selection, Gansu has a dry climate with little rainfall, large temperature differences between day and night, and low winter temperatures. Mobile toilets mostly use high-strength fiberglass-reinforced plastic, which is corrosion-resistant, can withstand low temperatures, and has a service life of over 10 years. Some manufacturers also add insulation layers inside to enhance winter comfort.

The structural design adopts a modular concept, allowing for rapid assembly and disassembly according to different scenarios. Mobile toilets in scenic spots are designed in an antique style to blend with the surrounding environment, while those on construction sites focus more on practicality and sturdiness. The internal layout is flexible and diverse, with some equipped with squatting positions and others with sitting toilets, and also considering barrier-free facilities to meet the needs of different groups of people.

Regarding the sewage discharge system, many toilets use a water circulation system, where the treated water can be reused, saving water resources. Some high-end products are equipped with automatic flushing and deodorization systems to ensure a clean and hygienic usage environment. For areas without sewer pipes, environmentally friendly fecal tanks are used, which are regularly cleaned by dedicated personnel. The structure includes three parts: collection, treatment, and discharge. The collection unit is leak-proof and odor-proof; the treatment unit achieves pollutant transformation through physical separation and chemical decomposition, with common methods including biodegradation and chemical neutralization; the discharge unit disposes of the treated products in compliance with local environmental standards.

In terms of environmental adaptability design, high-altitude scenic spots consider the impact of low temperatures on treatment efficiency and use insulation layers and heating elements to ensure normal operation in winter. Arid areas emphasize water-saving design, with most models equipped with circulating water flushing systems, reducing water consumption per unit by 60% to 80% compared to traditional facilities.

For energy supply, solar power systems are widely used in areas with sufficient sunshine in Gansu, meeting the basic energy consumption of lighting, ventilation, and treatment equipment.

In terms of site selection and layout, the number of facilities is determined through usage density analysis, usually setting toilet positions at 1% to 2% of the hourly innovative reception volume. Traffic flow analysis is used to determine the specific locations, which are set at reasonable intervals along the sightseeing paths. Geological condition assessments are conducted to exclude unsuitable installation areas, avoiding landslide-prone areas and ecologically sensitive zones.
