Future Prefabricated Concrete House
Future prefabricated concrete houses, also known as prefabricated reinforced concrete houses, are a form of construction that combines factory prefabrication with on-site assembly, offering advantages such as efficiency, cost-effectiveness, environmental friendliness, durability, flexibility, and ease of maintenance.

High Efficiency: Traditional self-built houses take 3-6 months to complete, whereas prefabricated concrete houses adopt a "factory production + on-site hoisting" model. A single 30㎡ module can be prefabricated in the factory in just 7 days, and on-site installation can be completed by 3 workers with a crane in 4 hours for a single module. The entire construction of a 100㎡ house takes only 2 days. From component transportation to on-site assembly, it takes only 15-30 days, and with foundation treatment and simple decoration, occupancy can be achieved within two months.
Low Cost: Taking a 120㎡ rural self-built house as an example, the cost of a traditional brick-concrete structure is approximately 180,000-220,000 yuan (including labor), while the cost of the main module of a concrete house is only 120,000-150,000 yuan. With interior and exterior decoration, the total cost can be controlled within 200,000 yuan, reducing the overall cost by 30%. If a rental model is chosen, the annual rent can be as low as 5,000 yuan per room, further lowering the barrier to use.
Green and Environmentally Friendly: Factory production is fully controllable, with a 95% recycling rate for off-cuts. There is no dust or sewage discharge at the construction site, and construction waste is only 10% of that of traditional construction. Environmentally friendly concrete and water-based paints are used, with formaldehyde emissions ≤ 0.05mg/m³, well below the national standard (0.1mg/m³), enabling "immediate occupancy upon installation."
Sturdy and Durable: C30-C40 grade concrete is used, with built-in Φ8-Φ12 steel reinforcement mesh, providing a compressive strength of 25-30MPa, 1.5 times that of traditional brick-concrete structures. The walls are pre-slotted for EPS insulation layers, improving thermal insulation by 40%. Modules are connected with prestressed bolts + welded steel plates, withstanding wind speeds of up to 10 and seismic fortification intensities of 7 degrees. Some designs can even withstand earthquakes of magnitude 8, with excellent fire, moisture, and corrosion resistance.
Flexible Space: The standard module size is 6m×3m×3m (length, width, height), allowing for free combination of house types through horizontal splicing and vertical stacking (up to 3 floors), meeting the needs of buildings ranging from 90㎡ two-bedroom, one-living room to 360㎡ three-story structures. Personalized needs such as balconies, corridors, and lofts can also be easily accommodated.
Easy Maintenance: The prefabricated concrete wall surface is smooth and flat, eliminating the need for plastering and allowing for direct application of putty and paint. The concrete structure is highly durable, with a service life of over 50 years, requiring almost no major repairs during this period. Local damage can be easily repaired with professional repair materials.
