Deployment of Four Mobile Toilets
Quản trị 08 tháng 10, 2026
The deployment of four mobile toilets should be carried out from three aspects: preliminary planning, selection of mobile toilets, and operational support during use. Details are as follows:

Preliminary Planning:
- Scientific Site Selection and Estimation: It is necessary to predict the flow of people in scenic spots and other areas in advance, calculate the total number of toilet stalls based on peak visitor numbers, reasonably plan the ratio of male to female toilet stalls, and add accessible stalls and children's stalls.
- Selection of Deployment Sites: Prioritize sites close to water supply and drainage points, ensuring easy access for visitors without obstructing fire exits, blocking evacuation routes, damaging landscapes and vegetation, or being in low-lying areas prone to waterlogging. At the same time, it is necessary to verify the ownership of the sites, conduct on-site inspections with departments such as scenic spots, urban management, road administration, landscaping, and local streets, and complete site approvals, occupancy permits, and temporary land use procedures.
- Transportation and Supporting Facilities Upon Arrival: Develop a transportation plan, transport during off-peak hours, utilize nighttime, pre-opening, or low-traffic periods for transportation and hoisting, and plan dedicated transfer channels for large scenic spots. Before arrival, reinforce and level the ground, lay pads or steel plates on soft ground to prevent settlement and tilting; connect temporary water and electricity supplies, and ensure sewage is connected to municipal networks or equipped with enclosed sewage collection tanks, with strict prohibition of direct discharge. Number and register each toilet, establish a site ledger indicating location, number of stalls, water supply and drainage methods, responsible persons, and maintenance phone numbers. Supporting facilities such as signage, night lighting, ventilation devices, handwashing stations, waste paper baskets, and deodorization devices should be in place simultaneously.
- Emergency Plans and Reserve Stock: Reserve 10%-20% spare mobile toilets to cope with sudden surges in visitor numbers, and prepare trailers and repair equipment for quick replacement of faulty stalls. Clarify traffic guidance plans, set up warning barriers when large vehicles enter or when sewage extraction operations are underway to prevent accidents.
Selection of Mobile Toilets:
- Classic Four-Stall Mobile Toilet: Integrated finished design with standardized four-stall layout, reasonable flow lines, no need for complex civil engineering, ready for use upon connection to basic water and electricity supplies, supporting overall hoisting and relocation, suitable for long-term outdoor use. Internally equipped with ceramic squat toilets, silent exhaust systems, LED lighting, non-slip floors, etc., with the option to add handwashing stations, water-saving devices, etc., as needed.
- Eco-Friendly Water-Flush Mobile Toilet: Steel frame structure with color steel plate body, durable, aesthetically pleasing, and easy to clean, requiring no water, electricity, or civil engineering, with double sealing to prevent odor leakage, low failure rate, and easy relocation at any time, with excellent thermal insulation and flame retardancy.
Operational Support During Use:
- Sanitation and Maintenance: Assign fixed personnel for continuous cleaning, with uninterrupted patrols at high-traffic sites and cleaning every 30-60 minutes during peak hours and every 1-2 hours during off-peak hours at general sites, establishing a "one toilet, one file" system to record cleaning, disinfection, and sewage extraction.
- Sewage Collection and Disposal: Regularly inspect pipelines at sites with municipal sewage connections, and equip sites without networks with enclosed sewage storage tanks and arrange for dedicated sewage suction trucks for regular collection, strictly prohibiting on-site dumping, and ensuring proper barriers and deodorization during operations.
- Deodorization, Ventilation, and Disinfection: Control odors through window ventilation, 24-hour operation of exhaust fans, and placement of deodorizers, conduct full-area disinfection at least twice a day, and increase disinfection frequency at key areas during peak hours.
- Immediate Facility Repairs: Establish a 24-hour emergency repair team to promptly repair damaged components such as flush valves, door locks, and lighting.
