Foreign Mobile Toilet Cleaning Methods

Quản trị 01 tháng 10, 2026

Foreign mobile toilet cleaning methods involve a rigorous process, mainly divided into the following steps:

I. Pre-operation Preparation
Operators must wear full protective gear, including waterproof aprons, non-slip rubber boots, nitrile gloves, and goggles, and set up mobile warning signs to isolate the work area. Core tools include high-power vacuum sewage trucks, high-pressure cleaning machines, long-handled hard brushes, non-ionic surfactant cleaners, specialized disinfectants (chlorine-containing or hydrogen peroxide-based, with an effective chlorine concentration of 500-1000mg/L), and independently sealed waste collection bags.

II. Core Cleaning Process

  1. Emptying Waste: Confirm the status of the sewage valve using a liquid level indicator, check for ground leaks, tightly connect the suction pipe to the sewage outlet, and start the vacuum pump to slowly extract all liquid and solid residues from the storage tank, avoiding pipe blockages or splashes. After completion, inject a small amount of clean water for a second suction to flush residual matter from the tank walls.
  2. High-Pressure Rinsing: Use a high-pressure cleaning machine to spray the toilet interior walls, fixtures, floors, and dead corners with a fan-shaped water jet, focusing on removing excreta, tissue residues, and calcified dirt. Stubborn stains require repeated scrubbing with a long-handled brush dipped in cleaner to ensure no organic matter remains on the surface.
  3. Deep Disinfection: Apply disinfectant by spraying or wiping to cover all contact surfaces (such as door handles, flush buttons, handrails, etc.), maintaining contact for 10-15 minutes, then thoroughly rinse with clean water to avoid chemical residues. Simultaneously, disinfect the suction hoses, connectors, and tools with the same intensity to prevent cross-contamination.

III. Auxiliary Treatment and Maintenance

  1. Air Treatment: Use atomized deodorizers to neutralize ammonia and hydrogen sulfide, avoiding the use of fragrances to mask odors.
  2. Equipment Inspection: During cleaning, inspect components such as toilet seals, exhaust fans, door lock hinges, and solar power systems, recording and reporting any damage promptly. After cleaning, add biodegradable agents to the storage tank to decompose residual organic matter and suppress odors.
  3. Waste Disposal: Transport the suctioned waste and wastewater to designated sewage treatment facilities or septic tanks, prohibiting disposal into storm drains or non-designed sewer networks.

IV. Record-keeping and Archiving
After completing the operation, fill out a record form covering cleaning time, disinfectant usage, equipment status, and wastewater flow direction, establishing a maintenance archive to track management cycles.

Supplementary Notes on Regular Cleaning Procedures: Some mobile toilets may allow simplified steps, such as first emptying the excreta collection device, wiping surfaces with diluted cleaner, focusing on disinfecting high-frequency contact areas, replenishing consumables like toilet paper, checking the operation of ventilation and lighting equipment, and finally cleaning the exterior and recording maintenance information. Specific details should be adjusted according to the toilet type.
