Foam Mobile Toilet Installation
Quản trị 22 tháng 9, 2026
The installation of foam mobile toilets requires integrated services provided by professional enterprises, covering transportation, installation, commissioning, and maintenance. It must meet requirements for basic conditions, component installation, commissioning identification, and maintenance.

I. Basic Conditions
- Ground Bearing Capacity: The installation area must have a flat and sufficiently strong ground to ensure the stable placement of the equipment, preventing damage or safety hazards caused by ground settlement or tilting.
- Power Supply and Freeze Protection: A stable power supply must be connected (some equipment supports solar power), and freeze protection requirements must be met. In low-temperature environments, insulation measures must be taken for pipes and electronic control systems to prevent freezing and functional impairment.
- Sewage Discharge Channel: Sewage pipes must be seamlessly connected to the fecal storage tank or external treatment system, with sealing gaskets installed at the joints to prevent sewage leakage or odor diffusion. If a fecal storage tank is used, a clearance channel must be reserved, and the tank's sealing must be ensured.
II. Core Component Installation
- Foam Generation System: Foam liquid, water, and air are mixed in proportion to generate fine foam that covers the toilet surface, blocking odors and reducing dirt adhesion. The system must be regularly inspected for foam liquid concentration and pipe patency.
- Toilet and Fecal Storage Tank: The toilet's discharge port must align with the fecal storage tank's inlet, with sealing gaskets installed to prevent odor return. If a stainless steel squat toilet is used, the pit distance must be checked in advance, and the discharge port diameter must be enlarged for easy cleaning and maintenance.
- Electronic Control and Framework: The foaming, lighting, and ventilation systems are controlled by a microcomputer to ensure automated operation. The framework structure must be reinforced against wind (e.g., by adding anchor bolts) and insulated in winter (e.g., by wrapping with insulation materials).
III. On-Site Commissioning and Identification
- System Commissioning: Adjust the foam concentration to an appropriate range, test the sensitivity of the liquid level monitoring sensor, optimize the energy consumption system to reduce operating costs, and check whether auxiliary functions such as lighting and ventilation are normal.
- Identification and Layout: Set up barrier-free access, ensuring that the toilet spacing meets standards (usually ≥0.9 meters). Plan clearance routes and post usage instructions, safety warnings, and other signs to enhance the user experience.
IV. Maintenance Requirements
- Regular Maintenance: Replenish the foam liquid every 1-2 weeks and clean the pipes to prevent blockages. Clear the fecal storage tank according to usage frequency to avoid environmental pollution caused by overflow.
- Lease Period Services: The service provider must regularly inspect consumables (e.g., foam liquid, sealing gaskets) and equipment failures, especially in low-temperature or high-frequency usage scenarios, where inspection frequency must be increased to ensure stability.
Foam mobile toilets are suitable for temporary scenarios such as construction sites and large-scale events. They offer significant advantages in water conservation (approximately 0.04 liters per use) and odor reduction. However, installation quality directly affects hygiene and safety, so technical specifications must be strictly followed.
