Floor Mobile Toilet

Quản trị 20 tháng 9, 2026

The floor mobile toilet is a new type of toilet solution that combines portability and functionality, suitable for scenarios such as construction sites and outdoor events, featuring modular design, high space utilization, and hygiene and environmental protection.

Design and Structural Features

The floor mobile toilet adopts a modular design, with its main structure primarily composed of lightweight steel or composite materials, and is equipped with a flushing system, ventilation device, and independent compartments inside. Its core innovation lies in its tiered design, with upper and lower floors connected by stairs or ramps, and each floor functioning as an independent unit, allowing for flexible adaptation to the needs of multi-story construction sites or high-density event venues. This design not only saves space but also centralizes exhaust gas treatment through vertical ventilation ducts, reducing odor diffusion. Some high-end models integrate solar panels to power lighting and ventilation systems, further reducing energy consumption.

Adaptability to Usage Scenarios

In large-scale outdoor music festivals and other scenarios, the multi-story structure can provide more toilet stalls within a limited area, shortening queue times; in high-rise construction projects, the toilet can move vertically with the construction progress, eliminating the need for workers to frequently travel to and from the ground. Compared to vehicle-mounted mobile toilets (with limited capacity and dependent on vehicle transportation) and fixed public toilets (unable to adapt to site changes), floor mobile toilets are more suitable for occasions with longer durations and stable personnel flow.

Hygiene and Maintenance Costs

Most floor mobile toilets use water flushing or vacuum collection technology, with waste concentrated in bottom storage tanks through pipes to avoid direct contact. Some models are equipped with automatic cleaning nozzles that regularly flush the inner walls, reducing the frequency of manual maintenance. The initial investment is approximately 2-3 times that of ordinary mobile toilets (with a single unit price ranging from 10,000 to 30,000 RMB), but the steel structure frame has a lifespan of over 5 years, requiring only the replacement of internal consumables, offering superior long-term durability and reusability.

Environmental Performance

The water-saving system performs outstandingly, with some models using only 0.5 liters of water per flush, far less than the 6-8 liters used by traditional water flush toilets. After centralized treatment, waste can be connected to biogas equipment or professional recycling agencies for resource utilization. The enclosed treatment mode is more in line with environmental protection trends, superior to foam-sealing mobile toilets that rely on chemical agents and dry toilets with leakage risks.

Limitations

The tiered structure results in a relatively large individual volume, requiring specialized flatbed trucks for transportation, which may not be suitable for small-scale events; installation requires professional leveling to prevent drainage issues; in extremely low-temperature environments, water pipes are prone to freezing, requiring additional insulation measures.
