Composition of Finished Mobile Toilets

Quản trị 23 tháng 9, 2026

Finished mobile toilets are mainly composed of structural frames and walls, sanitary fixtures, water supply and drainage systems, waste collection and treatment devices, ventilation and lighting systems, auxiliary facilities, and smart controls (optional), among other parts.

The structural frames and walls serve as the foundational support for mobile toilets. The frames are typically made of metal materials, such as lightweight steel or aluminum alloy, ensuring overall stability and durability. The walls commonly use composite panels or fiberglass-reinforced plastic materials, providing a certain level of strength while also offering thermal insulation and heat preservation. Some high-end models adopt lightweight steel structures paired with aluminum alloy shells, featuring 9-level earthquake resistance and 12-level wind resistance. The exterior walls often use metal decorative panels (for thermal insulation and fire prevention), color-coated steel sheets, or stainless steel sheets; the interior walls use bamboo fiber panels, solid wood panels, or waterproof panels; the floors are laid with anti-slip flooring or imitation marble tiles; and the roofs use asphalt shingles, colored stone metal tiles, or integrated designs.

Sanitary fixtures are key to meeting functional requirements. They typically include squat toilets or sit toilets, primarily made of ceramic or high-strength plastic for easy cleaning. Some configurations may include small washbasins, with toilet types also including urinals, and some supporting wet-dry separation designs.

The water supply and drainage systems ensure the normal operation of the toilet. The water supply system generally includes a storage tank for storing flushing water. The drainage system connects to the toilet, directing waste into the collection device or treatment unit below. The flushing system includes flush tanks, infrared-sensing flushing devices, or water-saving graywater systems.

The waste collection and treatment devices are used to handle waste after use. The most common form is a配套 fecal storage tank for temporary waste storage. Some models also integrate simple biological or chemical treatment units for preliminary waste degradation. Some mobile toilets are connected to municipal sewer networks or equipped with mobile waste storage barrels.

The ventilation and lighting systems improve the usage environment. Ventilation openings or small exhaust fans are installed on the top or side walls to maintain internal air circulation. The lighting system typically uses LED fixtures powered by an external power grid or built-in batteries. Louvers and exhaust fans ensure air circulation; LED lighting fixtures with hidden lighting designs are used, and smart public toilets are equipped with human-machine coexistence disinfection lamps for automatic timed sterilization.

Auxiliary facilities enhance convenience. Depending on the specific model and purpose, they may include mirrors, shelves, hooks, and other convenience features. Standard configurations include mirrors, coat hooks, and handrails (barrier-free design).

Smart controls (optional) enhance the user experience. They include sensor door locks, occupied/unoccupied indicator signs, environmental monitoring screens (temperature/humidity/air quality), and touchscreen controls for air conditioning, ventilation, and lighting switches.
