Feitian Mobile Toilet

Quản trị 20 tháng 9, 2026

There is currently no unified and clear definition for the "Feitian Mobile Toilet," which mainly encompasses three related concepts: cultural and creative, aesthetically designed, and fictional and entertaining.

Cultural and Creative Type: Represented by the "Feitian Toilet" ("Dunhuang Pure Realm") in Dunhuang, it does not possess the actual ability to "fly" but has become a popular spot for internet celebrities through cultural empowerment. This public toilet was renovated from a 30-year-old building, with themes of "Mogao Supreme Goodness" and "Yadan Secret Realm." In its interior design, details such as a starry sky ceiling imitating a caisson ceiling, reflective Feitian murals, and Dunhuang patterned tiles make visitors feel as if they have accidentally entered a grotto. Each toilet stall serves as a mini-exhibition hall showcasing Dunhuang culture, achieving a fusion of technology and tradition. This type of mobile toilet cleverly integrates cultural elements into the architecture, not only meeting people's basic physiological needs but also providing visitors with a unique cultural experience, enhancing the cultural connotation and artistic value of the toilet.

Aesthetically Designed Type: Mobile toilets in scenic spots are undergoing a transformation from being merely "usable" to becoming "photo spots," following principles of environmental integration, cultural symbols, and visual surprises in their design. For example, Dunhuang scenic spots can transform Feitian murals into decorative patterns on the exterior walls of toilets. Although such designs do not involve the actual function of "flying," they greatly enhance the aesthetics of the toilets by using cultural elements like "Feitian," making them a unique scenic line in the area, attracting tourists to take photos, and increasing the趣味性 (fun) and attractiveness of the scenic spot.

Fictional and Entertaining Type: There exists a fictional concept of the "Feitian Toilet," commonly seen in some movie plots. For instance, in a certain movie, after a man finishes using the toilet, the door closes and lifts him up, with a large amount of tap water gushing out. This is an exaggerated expression of artistic creation, not a real-life mobile toilet. Such fictional concepts are mainly created to meet the needs of artistic creation, providing viewers with novel and exciting visual experiences.
