Factory Mobile Toilet
A factory mobile toilet is a facility that can be moved as a whole and set up in factories and other places to provide toilet services for workers.

I. Basic Components A factory mobile toilet generally consists of a fecal sewage storage tank (or fecal sewage treatment device), floor slab, sanitary ware, walls, washing equipment, water tank, roof, and moving device. These components work together to ensure the basic functions of the toilet, such as fecal storage and treatment, sanitation, and water supply.
II. Classification Methods
- By structural form: They can be divided into single-structure mobile toilets and composite-structure mobile toilets. Single-structure toilets are relatively simple and suitable for places with limited space or a low demand for the number of toilets. Composite-structure toilets are more complex and may contain multiple functional areas, making them suitable for large factories or densely populated areas.
- By moving method: They are classified into lifting and handling mobile toilets and powered and towed mobile toilets. Lifting and handling mobile toilets usually require external equipment for movement and are suitable for short-distance or occasional movement scenarios. Powered and towed mobile toilets have autonomous moving capabilities and can be transported over long distances, offering higher flexibility.
- By sewage treatment method: They are divided into water-flush and waterless-flush suction mobile toilets, circulating water-flush mobile toilets, and dry-packing mobile toilets. Water-flush toilets use water for flushing, providing high cleanliness but consuming a large amount of water. Waterless-flush suction toilets treat feces through suction, saving water but potentially having an odor. Circulating water-flush toilets achieve a balance between water conservation and cleanliness by recycling water resources. Dry-packing toilets pack feces for treatment and do not require water, making them suitable for water-scarce areas.
III. Advantages and Characteristics Factory mobile toilets have the advantages of being movable, combinable, and easy to transport. They can be conveniently transported to any place where toilets need to be set up and can be used repeatedly. Some mobile toilets also feature an integrated molded shell with a reinforced chassis, internal vacuum squat toilets, and pneumatic flushing. A single flush requires only 1 liter of water, saving 80% more water than ordinary toilets, making them both environmentally friendly and economical.
