Factory Building Mobile Toilet Configuration Guide

Quản trị 27 tháng 9, 2026

The configuration of mobile toilets in factory buildings requires comprehensive consideration of the main structure, internal facilities, hygiene and cleaning, optional configurations, and specific needs of industrial parks. Here is a detailed configuration guide:

I. Main Structure and Materials The main body of the mobile toilet should be made of high-strength fiberglass or stainless steel, which possesses waterproof, moisture-proof, corrosion-resistant, and impact-resistant properties, enabling it to adapt to the complex environment of factory buildings. The external shape is primarily rectangular or cylindrical, with a standard size of approximately 1.5 meters × 1.2 meters × 2.2 meters, adjustable according to the available space. Universal wheels should be installed at the bottom for easy manual movement; if fixed use is required, brake devices can be equipped to enhance stability.

II. Internal Facility Configuration The basic configuration should include non-slip floors, flushing systems (manual/foot-operated, with priority given to water-saving models), squat toilets or sit-down toilets (selected according to user needs), toilet paper holders, hooks, lighting (LED lights are more energy-efficient), and ventilation fans. High-end models can be equipped with additional features such as sinks (with hot and cold water functions), mirrors, and shelves to enhance the user experience. For factory buildings with a high density of personnel, it is recommended to choose a dual-squat or combined squat-and-sit design to improve usage efficiency.

III. Hygiene and Cleaning Design The basic model should be equipped with a U-shaped water seal odor prevention device to reduce odor diffusion; the sewage outlet can be connected to the municipal sewage pipe or use a dedicated sewage collection bucket, which requires regular cleaning. Some models have built-in chemical deodorizers to reduce the frequency of cleaning. During cleaning and maintenance, models with removable water tanks and squat toilets should be selected for quick disassembly and rinsing.

IV. Other Optional Configurations According to the actual needs of the factory building, additional features can be added, such as curtains/door latches (for privacy protection), sunshades/rainproof roofs (for outdoor use), handrails and sit-down toilets for the disabled (barrier-free design), and insulation/heating devices (for cold regions). If brand promotion is required, rental companies can be contacted to provide customized exterior services, such as spray-painting corporate logos or advertising patterns.

V. Specific Needs of Industrial Parks In response to characteristics such as water scarcity, severe winters, and frequent site changes, priority should be given to selecting waterless biodegradable toilets or water-saving smart mobile toilets. The former decompose excreta through microorganisms without the need for flushing; the latter use smart sensor flushing, achieving a water-saving rate of over 50%. In terms of materials, corrosion-resistant and rust-proof stainless steel or metal carved panels can be selected to adapt to humid or high-temperature environments. If rapid deployment is required, a modular design can be chosen, supporting quick assembly and disassembly.
