Factory Area Mobile Toilet Setting Plan
The factory area mobile toilet setting plan requires comprehensive planning from seven aspects: site selection, foundation, structure, environmental protection, maintenance, emergency response, and configuration. Details are as follows:

1. Site Selection and Layout
Prioritize placement on the inner side of the living area, maintaining a distance of 30-50 meters from dormitories and canteens to avoid inconvenience during nighttime use and odor interference. The toilet orientation should avoid the prevailing summer wind direction to prevent odors from drifting towards office or residential areas; if there are surrounding walls or barriers, they can be placed adjacent to create visual shielding and wind direction guidance. Before site selection, confirm that there are no underground cables, gas pipelines, or main water supply lines, and consult underground pipeline maps if necessary to avoid construction damage.
2. Foundation Treatment
After removing the topsoil and gravel, compact the foundation soil surface using a small rammer or manually, with a compaction degree of no less than 90%. Pour a 10-15 cm thick C20 concrete cushion, extending at least 30 cm wider on each side than the outer contour of the toilet base, and reserve a 2%-3% drainage slope towards the catch basin on the sewage outlet side. If repeated relocation is required, prefabricated reinforced concrete slabs or steel roadbed boxes can be used instead of cast-in-place concrete to enhance flexibility.
3. Main Structure and Installation
Recommend an integrated steel structure frame paired with high-density polyethylene (HDPE) wall panels or color-steel sandwich panels, featuring light weight, high strength, corrosion resistance, and a fire rating of Class A. The toilet unit dimensions should ideally be 1.2 meters in length, 1.2 meters in width, and 2.4 meters in height, with an internal clear height of no less than 2 meters. Use a level during installation to ensure stability and avoid structural tilting due to uneven ground.
4. Environmental Protection and Leak Prevention Measures
Feces and urine should be collected separately, with urine not flowing into the fecal storage pit; toilet paper should be placed in baskets and incinerated; ash (wood ash, dry furnace ash, etc.) should be added after defecation, with an amount approximately 2-3 times that of the feces; pit openings should be covered with lids at ordinary times to prevent flies and insects from entering. A dedicated urinal should be provided, and for outdoor public toilets, urine separation and urinal buckets must be equipped with screens and filled with gravel to prevent blockages from debris or odor emission. The gravel should be flushed with clean water every 1-2 months. The fecal storage pit should be tightly sealed to prevent rainwater leakage or backdraft, and if the pit is too wet, add an appropriate amount of dry ash.
5. Maintenance and Management
Adopt toilet units designed with easy-to-clean materials and modular structures, supporting daily timed flushing and weekly deep maintenance, with cleaning processes not occupying workshop production time. The maintenance cycle and frequency should meet the high-frequency usage requirements of the factory, reducing the probability of facility downtime due to failures, such as regularly inspecting sewage pipelines and replacing damaged components.
6. Flexible Adjustment and Emergency Configuration
Dynamically adjust facility locations according to production plans, quickly adding toilet units during peak order periods or temporary production expansions. For emergency sites such as newly established temporary project departments, disaster relief sites, or large-scale temporary quarantine points, models with self-circulating functions such as water flushing and fecal collection tanks can be selected, eliminating the need for external water supply and drainage connections to enhance adaptability.
7. Configuration Recommendations
Configure toilet units based on the personnel count at a ratio of 1:15-1:20, prioritizing models with ventilation, lighting, and non-slip floors to enhance user experience and safety. For example, if there are 200 workers in the factory area, 10-13 toilet units should be configured, and the ventilation system should be ensured to operate effectively to avoid odor accumulation.
