Exhibition Mobile Toilet Configuration

Quản trị 22 tháng 9, 2026

The configuration of mobile toilets for exhibitions requires comprehensive consideration of various factors, including sanitation facilities, ventilation and deodorization, accessibility needs, safety and emergency measures, quantity planning, model selection, and additional services.

Basic Sanitation Facilities: The basic model includes squat pits/toilets, sinks, mirrors, and LED lighting systems. It is recommended that sinks be equipped with both hot and cold water supplies, and high-end options can include soap dispensers and hand dryers.

Ventilation and Deodorization Systems: Efficient exhaust fans should be installed, with some equipped with activated carbon filters or aroma systems. The design should balance ventilation efficiency with quiet operation to avoid affecting the surrounding exhibition experience.

Accessibility and Special Needs Facilities: It is recommended to configure 1-2 accessible mobile toilets, reserving space for wheelchairs and equipped with handrails and emergency call buttons. Child-specific toilets (height-adjusted for children) and mother-and-baby room facilities can be rented as needed.

Safety and Emergency Facilities: Fire extinguishers, non-slip mats, and emergency lighting should be provided. The electrical system should be waterproof, and high-end options can include surveillance cameras.

Quantity Configuration:

  • By Number of Participants: Generally, one squat position should be provided for every 100-150 people, with food exhibitions configured at 80-120 people per position and technology exhibitions at 120-150 people per position.
  • Considering Gender Ratio: Typically, squat positions are configured at a ratio of 2 males to 3 females, with this ratio increased to 1:2 for exhibitions with a higher number of female participants.
  • Based on Exhibition Duration: Short-term exhibitions can appropriately reduce the number, while long-term exhibitions require additional backup restrooms.
  • According to Venue Layout: Evenly distribute across exhibition areas, with an appropriate increase in number in high-traffic areas (such as entrances/exits and dining areas), reserving 10%-20% backup restrooms.

Model Selection:

  • Single Standard Model: Suitable for areas with low foot traffic, approximately 1.5m×1.2m in size, including a squat toilet and flushing system.
  • Double Compartment Model: Suitable for medium-traffic exhibition areas, approximately 2m×1.5m in size, including hooks and storage shelves.
  • Model with Sink: Suitable for exhibitions with high hygiene requirements, with slightly higher rental costs.
  • Accessible Model: Demonstrates the inclusivity of the exhibition, suitable for large comprehensive exhibitions.
  • Eco-Friendly Water-Saving Model: Uses water-saving flushing technology, suitable for exhibitions pursuing sustainable participation.

Additional Services and Maintenance: Reputable rental companies provide services such as regular cleaning, garbage removal, water and electricity supply, with some including free maintenance response. The scope of services should be confirmed in advance.
