Emergency Support Mobile Toilet Vehicle
The emergency support mobile toilet vehicle is a specialized vehicle integrating sanitary facilities, primarily used for sanitary needs in temporary or mobile scenarios, featuring rapid deployment, flexible mobility, and strong environmental adaptability.

I. Technical Structure and Functional Components
Based on a specialized automotive chassis, it is equipped with an independent sanitary unit. The vehicle body adopts a lightweight design, with a total mass of up to 22,500 KG and a wheelbase of 5,600 mm, fitted with 10 tires to enhance stability. The sanitary unit includes toilets, a sink system, a sewage disposal unit, and a ventilation system. Some models support self-sufficiency in water and electricity, meeting National VI emission standards. For example, a vacuum mobile toilet vehicle modified from a Sinotruk Sitrak chassis is equipped with a vacuum toilet system, eight pedal toilets, a stainless steel water tank, air conditioning, a sink, and an exhaust fan. The internal space is optimized for maximum functionality, with a rated occupancy of 5-7 people.
II. Application Scenarios and Adaptability
It is suitable for scenarios such as natural disaster relief, large-scale event support, and field operations. In natural disasters, when traditional sanitary facilities are paralyzed, the mobile toilet vehicle can quickly arrive at the scene and operate independently with its built-in sewage disposal system, avoiding secondary pollution. Its design, with a speed of 89 km/h and fuel consumption of 33.1 L/100 km, balances mobility and economy, making it suitable for long-distance transportation or frequent relocation. The vehicle supports customization, allowing adjustments to internal configurations based on needs, such as increasing the number of sinks or optimizing ventilation efficiency.
III. Technical Highlights and Actual Performance
Compared to traditional temporary toilets, its advantages lie in integration and automation. The sink system employs circulating filtration technology to reduce water consumption; the sewage disposal unit connects to an onboard sewage tank via sealed pipes, requiring only periodic cleaning without relying on external drainage systems. The vehicle is powered by a 260 kW engine with an 8.8 L displacement, ensuring stable power output even under full load. The front/rear suspension design optimizes passability, adapting to complex terrains. After lightweight treatment, the vehicle's curb weight is controlled between 21,000-22,000 KG, reducing chassis load.
IV. Operational Specifications and Safety Compliance
Before use, check the vehicle's status, including tire pressure, engine oil level, and the sealing of the sanitary unit; when deploying, select flat ground and extend the support legs to ensure stability; during operation, comply with sewage management regulations, regularly clean the sewage tank, and record data. The vehicle is equipped with safety warning signs, and night operations require the illumination system to be turned on. For long-term parking, empty the water and electricity systems and turn off the power. Regularly maintain the engine, disinfect the sanitary unit, and inspect structural components to extend service life.
