Ecological Mobile Toilet Project

Quản trị 23 tháng 9, 2026

The ecological mobile toilet project is an environmentally friendly public toilet engineering system that takes solid-liquid separation, microbial decomposition, and other technologies as its core, combined with modular design and intelligent monitoring systems, to achieve harmless treatment of excreta and resource recycling.

Technical Principles and Core Functions

The foundational technologies of ecological mobile toilets are solid-liquid separation and microbial decomposition. Through physical separation devices, the solid and liquid components of excreta are initially separated. The solid portion undergoes decomposition by microbial communities at suitable temperatures (some intelligent temperature control systems can exceed 60°C), transforming it into carbon dioxide, water, and organic fertilizer, achieving harmless treatment. The liquid portion is processed through filtration and disinfection to meet discharge or reuse standards. Some high-end models integrate 5G and IoT technologies, enabling real-time monitoring of toilet temperature, humidity, air quality, and equipment status, facilitating remote fault diagnosis and maintenance.

Structural Design and Application Scenarios

The toilet body is constructed using steel-frame cement composite materials, offering both high strength and thermal insulation, with a service life exceeding 20 years, adaptable to extreme environments such as high cold and water scarcity. Based on scenario requirements, the technology is categorized into four types:

  • Solar-Assisted Heating Type: Utilizes solar panels to provide electricity, reducing energy consumption, suitable for areas with abundant sunlight;
  • Negative Pressure Water-Saving/Waterless Type: Reduces flushing volume or achieves waterless flushing through a negative pressure system, ideal for water-scarce regions;
  • Recirculating Water Type: Uses treated graywater for flushing, creating a closed-loop water circulation system;
  • Foam Sealing Type: Covers excreta surfaces with foaming agents to block odors and reduce flushing volume.

Modular design is another key feature. For oversized toilets, standardized modules can be assembled on-site, shortening construction periods and lowering transportation costs. For example, the technology was adopted in the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics venues, reducing the cost per toilet unit by 100,000 yuan compared to traditional water toilets.

Typical Cases and Engineering Practices

The Huajie Mobile Toilet series developed by Shanghai Huajie Ecological Environment Engineering Co., Ltd. includes solar-powered eco-toilets, rainwater harvesting water-saving toilets, and other types. It has served special scenarios such as the Shanghai World Financial Center and the Olympic torch relay on Mount Everest, providing solutions for large-scale events like the Beijing Olympics and Shanghai World Expo. Its products meet the demands of temporary, high-mobility scenarios through lightweight design and rapid assembly technology, while reducing environmental pollution through resource recycling, embodying the dual advantages of "ecology + mobility."
