How to Install an Easy Mobile Toilet
The installation methods for easy mobile toilets vary depending on the type, mainly divided into factory-prefabricated finished products and those requiring assembly. Here are the specific installation steps:

For factory-prefabricated finished mobile toilets, the installation process is relatively simple. These toilets are usually fully manufactured and have their internal facilities installed and debugged in the factory, including the toilet's main structure, sanitary ware, ventilation system, and lighting system. After being transported to the installation site, simply place them in the pre-planned location, ensuring the ground is level and stable enough to bear the toilet's weight. Then, connect the water and electricity lines, such as connecting to the water supply pipe and power outlet, to ensure normal water and power supply. Finally, conduct simple debugging and inspections, such as testing whether the flushing system and lighting system work properly and whether the ventilation effect is good. Once confirmed to be correct, they can be put into use.
If it is an easy mobile toilet that requires assembly, the installation process is relatively more complex. After receiving the goods, first prepare the tools needed for installation, including an electric drill, a 4.2-millimeter drill bit, and a rivet gun. Step 1: Install the inner corners: Install the inner corner components in their respective positions according to the design requirements, ensuring that the inner corners are firmly installed and accurately positioned to provide stable frame support for the subsequent panel assembly. Step 2: Assemble the panels: Insert the panels into the pre-designed slots. During the assembly process, pay attention to aligning the edges of the panels to ensure the flatness and perpendicularity of the assembly. After the top and panels are aligned, use a 4.2-millimeter drill bit to drill holes at the assembly points. The depth and spacing of the holes should meet the design requirements to ensure that the rivets can be firmly fixed. Step 3: Fix the rivets: Insert the rivets into the drilled holes and then use a rivet gun to fix them. During the fixing process, pay attention to controlling the pressure of the rivet gun to ensure that the rivets can fully expand and tightly connect the panels. Follow this method to complete the assembly and fixing of all panels in sequence. After completing the assembly of the main structure, it is also necessary to install sanitary ware, doors, windows, and other components, and conduct debugging and inspections to ensure that each component is installed correctly and functions properly.
