How to Build an Easy Mobile Toilet

Building with a water storage tank and a pallet: First, prepare a pallet and fix universal wheels at its four corners for easy movement. Building with a water storage barrel: First, split the water storage barrel in half lengthwise. Fix universal wheels at the four corners of a wooden board and use wooden strips and self-tapping screws to fix the wooden board on the upper side of the barrel to increase the height and provide space for subsequent installation of facilities. Cut an entrance on the side of the water storage barrel, install sponge strips to form a door frame, and embed plastic soft boards to form raised walls for some shielding. Place the upper half of the water storage barrel on the top of the wooden strips as a roof for functions such as rain protection. Cut a hole at the bottom of the barrel and install a drainage pipe to form a floor drain for easy sewage drainage. Cut a hole on the side and connect a direct joint, then put on a plastic barrel to form a small water storage device for storing clean water. Connect water pipes to make a bathroom heater for providing some warmth. Install a toilet and a water tank, connect the drainage pipe to the sewage barrel, and connect a water pipe from the three-way joint of the outlet pipe to the entrance as the water inlet pipe for the washbasin. This method is relatively complex to make but has relatively complete functions, suitable for scenarios with certain requirements for the usage experience.

Installing factory-prefabricated finished products: Mobile toilets are usually factory-prefabricated finished products. Their frame structures are welded from steel, with the bottom welded from channel steel or I-beams to ensure structural stability, and the columns made of square steel. Wall materials such as color-coated steel sheets, fiberglass, stainless steel, and metal carved panels are installed on the wall foundations. These materials have different characteristics, for example, color-coated steel sheets are relatively inexpensive, and fiberglass is corrosion-resistant. During on-site installation, it is only necessary to erect the columns and splice and fix them like building blocks for use. The installation is convenient and fast, and the quality is guaranteed, suitable for large-scale and professional usage scenarios.
