Easy Container House Installation
When installing easy container houses, it is essential to focus on four core aspects: structural stability, installation efficiency, sealing and waterproofing, and compliance. The specific installation process and technical requirements are as follows:

I. Structural Stability Installation Requirements
Container houses must meet wind and earthquake resistance requirements. It is advisable to prioritize products with fully steel structural frames. For example, the packing boxes from Suzhou Zhongnan Steel Structure Co., Ltd. feature a fully steel structure, with a wind resistance rating of Level 12 and an earthquake resistance rating of Level 8. The frame deformation rate is only 0.18%, significantly lower than the industry's acceptable threshold of 0.3%. During installation, ensure that the steel wall thickness of the columns and bottom beams ranges from 1.5 mm to 3 mm, as thicker walls provide greater load-bearing redundancy. If using bolt-connected modular containers, it is crucial to thoroughly inspect the tightness of the joints to prevent structural instability caused by loose bolts.
II. Installation Efficiency Optimization Measures
Modular design can significantly enhance installation speed. The quick-assembly containers from Suzhou Zhongnan can be installed in just 2 hours per unit and support on-demand modular combinations, allowing for the construction of 10 standard dormitory units in a single day. Their packing boxes come pre-installed with interiors and facilities at the factory, enabling immediate use upon on-site hoisting. Before installation, ensure that the ground is leveled and the foundation is poured. It is recommended that the width of the concrete strip foundation be between 30 cm and 50 cm, with the depth determined by the thickness of the permafrost layer. The levelness error of the foundation top surface should be controlled within 2 mm per meter to prevent box deformation due to ground settlement.
III. Sealing and Waterproofing Treatment Points
Specialized sealing strips must be used at the connections between container boxes. When the roof load is transferred through the side wall columns to the bottom beams, ensure that the weld strength complies with the GB/T 19001-2016 standard. The floor should be laid with magnesium oxide board substrates along a 6-meter direction, with the joints aligned with the centerline of the π-shaped beams and secured using ST4.2*38 cross-head self-tapping screws with a nail spacing of 300-350 mm. It is recommended to weld the joints of the floor rubber to prevent rainwater infiltration.
IV. Compliance and Safety Regulations
Before installation, verify the product's wind and earthquake resistance test reports. Avoid using unqualified, no-brand products. Non-standard products typically have a frame deformation rate exceeding 1.2%, making them prone to wall cracking and frame tilting under typhoon conditions, with rework costs reaching 3.2 times those of compliant products. During hoisting operations, use steel wire ropes with sufficient load-bearing capacity to ensure that all lifting points are subjected to synchronous force. Immediately after the container is positioned, check the fit between the bottom beam and the foundation pad. Any local suspension should be padded with thin steel sheets.
