Durable and Odorless Mobile Toilets

Quản trị 28 tháng 9, 2026

To achieve durability and odorlessness in mobile toilets, comprehensive consideration must be given to material selection, structural design, sewage treatment methods, and other detailed design aspects.

Material selection is fundamental: Mobile toilets made of fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) are corrosion-resistant and easy to clean, offering significant advantages in scenic spots and long-term outdoor settings, ensuring better durability. Mobile toilets welded with 100*100 galvanized square steel are sturdy and robust, effectively enhancing durability. Additionally, mobile toilets with marble floors inside are easy to maintain, less prone to dirt accumulation, and have high strength and long service life, contributing to odorlessness.

Structural design is crucial: The overall structure should balance lightness and sturdiness, with reasonable control over toilet height and width, and be equipped with complete and reasonable mobile devices. Such a structure helps extend service life. Prefabricated mobile toilets adopt a modular design, allowing for quick assembly and disassembly, and are widely used in construction sites with tight schedules and large-scale temporary events. Their structural characteristics also contribute to durability.

Sewage treatment methods have a significant impact: Different types of mobile toilets have distinct characteristics in sewage treatment. Water-saving mobile toilets reduce single flush volume from the traditional 6 liters to below 3 liters, combined with microbial degradation or vacuum negative pressure technology, greatly reducing the frequency of cleaning and helping to minimize odor generation. Water-flush and waterless-flush suction-type, circulating water-flush, and dry-packing mobile toilets can also effectively treat sewage according to actual needs, reducing odor.

Other detailed designs should not be overlooked: In response to the intense ultraviolet radiation in high-altitude environments, the product's exterior surface is coated with a weather-resistant polyester coating to delay aging. The internal piping system is optimized to reduce blockage probability and lower cleaning frequency. These designs all contribute to ensuring the durability and odorlessness of mobile toilets to a certain extent.
