Double-Row Mobile Toilet Installation

Quản trị 27 tháng 9, 2026

The installation of double-row mobile toilets should follow the following key steps and technical specifications:

I. Foundation Preparation

  1. Geological Assessment and Foundation Construction

    • Conduct a geological survey of the site to confirm soil bearing capacity and drainage conditions. Use a concrete foundation slab as a support platform to ensure a flat and solid foundation.
    • Pre-embed sewage pipe connections. The pipe diameter should be calculated based on the number of users, typically 30% larger than the pipe specifications for single toilets, and reserve a pit for the septic tank installation.
    • The site area should be slightly larger than the equipment itself, while considering the convenience of pedestrian flow around it to avoid affecting usage efficiency.
  2. Pipe Pre-embedding and Space Planning

    • Sewage pipes should use oblique tee connectors to merge into the main pipe. The inclination angle should be strictly constructed according to specifications to prevent blockages or leaks.
    • Water inlet pipes should be equipped with dual independent valve controls. Electric and water-enhanced toilets need to be connected to external water sources and electricity, while off-grid products need to be equipped with built-in water tanks and fecal collection boxes.

II. Main Body Hoisting and Assembly

  1. Hoisting Operation Specifications

    • Use professional hoisting equipment to transport prefabricated toilet units to the site. For double-connected structures, pay attention to the balance of the center of gravity. The hoisting point layout should be calculated for load-bearing to avoid tilting or damage.
    • For integral toilets (where the main body welding and interior decoration have been completed at the factory), only hoisting and landing are required on-site; for assembled toilets, they need to be transported in separate parts and then assembled to ensure tight connections between components.
  2. Sealing and Anti-seepage Treatment

    • Ensure that the sealing strip is properly in place between the base and the foundation to prevent sewage from leaking into the foundation and affecting structural stability.

III. Pipe Connection and Equipment Debugging

  1. Pipe System Connection

    • Sewage pipes use oblique tee connectors, and water inlet pipes should be independently controlled. Water and electricity lines should be protected with waterproof sleeves to prevent short circuits in humid environments.
  2. Internal Equipment Debugging

    • Debug the water pressure of the water-saving flush valve and the air volume of the ventilation system. For double-connected structures, maintain balanced air pressure in the exhaust branches of each toilet stall to avoid residual odors.
    • The interior floor should use non-slip patterned plates or tiles, with rounded edges for easy cleaning and reduced sanitary dead spots.

IV. Installation of External Auxiliary Facilities

  1. Safety and Signage Configuration

    • Install lighting systems and signage. The position of night warning lights should be calculated based on the line of sight angle to ensure safety during night use.
    • The power supply lines should be protected with waterproof sleeves to prevent the risk of electric shock caused by rain erosion.
  2. Functional Expansion Options

    • Add configurations such as suspended ceilings, exhaust fans, and sinks according to needs to enhance usage comfort.

V. Technical Characteristics and Precautions

  • Advantages: The double-connected structure saves about 25% of the floor area by sharing side walls, and the construction efficiency is 40% higher than that of independent toilets, making it suitable for small and medium-sized outdoor markets, temporary exhibitions, and other scenarios.
  • Maintenance Points: Regularly check the structural stability of the shared walls. When the toilets are not in use for a long time, empty the water tank to avoid damage to components.
