The Office of the People's Government of Dong'e County has issued the 'Implementation Plan for the Investigation and Rectification of Safety Hazards in Rural Houses in Dong'e County'. To ensure the quality and safety of the main structural components of projects, the Dong'e Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau has strengthened the quality management of ready-mixed concrete production and implemented the quality responsibilities of ready-mixed concrete construction for all responsible parties. It has organized special inspections of the quality of prefabricated concrete. The inspection covers aspects such as the allocation of technical personnel in enterprises and the processing of raw steel materials, and conducts on-site sampling inspections of the quality of prefabricated components and raw materials. This measure controls the quality of prefabricated houses from the source, ensures that prefabricated components comply with relevant standards, provides strong guarantees for the construction quality of prefabricated houses, and helps improve the overall safety and durability of prefabricated houses.

Patented Technology

Shandong Xingyuan Construction Development Co., Ltd. has applied for a patent for a prefabricated assembled green house building. The building includes a base, with two sets of vertical plates and two sets of protective plates above it. There are two sets of top plates that are rotationally connected above the vertical plates. The upper surface of the base has adjustment slots, with a threaded tube rotationally connected inside. Both ends of the threaded tube are threadedly connected to threaded rods, whose top ends are fixedly connected to the vertical plates. The upper surface of the base is also fixedly connected to four sets of columns. Through these designs, the building size can be adjusted, making it more widely applicable, and ensuring that the top plates always wrap and protect the vertical plates, reflecting the achievements of Dong'e County in prefabricated house technological innovation.

Prefabricated Factory Operations

The prefabricated factory in Gaoji Town, Dong'e County mainly operates products such as floor slabs and is located in Lizhuang Village, Gaoji Town, Dong'e County, Liaocheng City. It provides basic building material support for the construction of local prefabricated houses.
