Does the Great Wall Have Mobile Toilets?
Some sections of the Great Wall are equipped with mobile toilets. Details are as follows:

Badaling Great Wall Scenic Area: This scenic area is equipped with relatively well-developed mobile toilet facilities. There are 2 mobile toilet vehicles in the scenic area, providing a total of 701 toilet stalls. The large number of stalls can meet the toilet needs of a certain number of tourists. They are reasonably distributed in the core areas of the scenic area, making it convenient for tourists to quickly find and use them during their visit. During peak tourist seasons, such as holidays, when the number of tourists increases significantly, the scenic area will open an additional 14 public restrooms. This measure is mainly to alleviate the pressure of tourists waiting in line for toilets, avoid affecting tourists' visiting experience due to toilet issues, and ensure the normal operation of the scenic area and the basic needs of tourists during peak periods.
Mutianyu Great Wall Scenic Area: Mobile toilets are also set up on Mutianyu Great Wall. In terms of sanitary conditions, they can basically meet the usage requirements of tourists and are generally clean. However, during peak tourist periods, due to the large number of tourists, there may be queues. This is because the number of mobile toilets is relatively fixed. When a large number of tourists have toilet needs simultaneously, there will be a situation of insufficient supply, resulting in tourists having to wait. But the scenic area is also trying its best to maintain the sanitary conditions of the mobile toilets to provide tourists with a relatively comfortable toilet environment.
Overall, to enhance tourists' visiting experience and take into account tourists' actual needs, some sections of the Great Wall have set up mobile toilets or mobile restrooms. These facilities are planned to a certain extent in terms of quantity and distribution, and corresponding measures are taken during peak tourist periods to cope with the pressure brought by the increase in tourists. However, when visiting the Great Wall, especially during peak periods, tourists may still need to face certain queues. It is recommended that tourists arrange their visiting time reasonably and travel during off-peak hours to reduce waiting time in queues.
