Does a Container House Have a Certificate?

Quản trị 17 tháng 9, 2026

Qualified container houses do have certificates. Here is a detailed explanation:

Factory Production Certificate: For qualified container houses, sales agents should be able to provide a factory production certificate. This is an important document proving that the container house has passed the manufacturer's internal quality inspection during the production process and that all indicators meet its production standards. It covers quality control information throughout the production process, from raw material procurement and processing to finished product shipment, serving as a fundamental proof of the container house's quality compliance.

Third-Party Inspection Report: In addition to the factory production certificate, a third-party inspection report is also essential. Third-party inspection agencies are independent and professional, and their inspection reports can objectively and fairly reflect the quality status of the container house. The report will conduct inspections and evaluations on various aspects of the container house, such as structural strength, sealing performance, and environmental protection indicators. Only when all inspection results meet relevant standard requirements can the house be deemed qualified in terms of quality.

Fire Rating Certificate: Fire safety is an important consideration during the use of container houses. Qualified container houses need to have a corresponding fire rating certificate to prove that they meet the specified standards in terms of fire resistance. Different uses of container houses may have different requirements for fire ratings. For example, container houses used in crowded places have higher fire rating requirements.

Special Requirements for Existing Containers: For existing containers, they must be GB/T12418-inspected and qualified containers. This means that the container needs to be inspected in accordance with the GB/T12418 standard and the inspection results must be qualified. At the same time, the beams and columns should be free of defects, the eight corner fittings should be intact and reliable, and a quality certificate should be carried when entering the site. These requirements ensure the structural safety and stability of the existing containers after they are renovated into houses.
