Dingxi Water Circulation Mobile Toilet

Quản trị 27 tháng 9, 2026

The Dingxi water circulation mobile toilet is an environmentally friendly public sanitation facility that integrates water circulation, water conservation, odor control, a sturdy structure, and convenient maintenance. Its design and operational features are as follows:

1. Water Circulation System: Independent and Efficient, with Resource Recycling The core of this system is an integrated treatment tank that employs a three-stage filtration and biological treatment process. The first stage is physical filtration, which removes large particulate impurities through a hair filter and sedimentation tank. The second stage is biological degradation, utilizing a contact oxidation process where microorganisms attached to the filler decompose organic matter. The third stage is disinfection treatment, using low-concentration sodium hypochlorite solution or ultraviolet irradiation to kill pathogens. The treated reclaimed water can be recycled for toilet flushing, with up to 50 daily cycles, significantly reducing reliance on external water sources.

2. Water-Saving Design: Dual-Mode Flushing, Reducing Water Consumption by 60% The mobile toilet is equipped with a water-saving flushing system that achieves efficient flushing with a small amount of water through pneumatic or mechanical devices, reducing the single flush volume by approximately 50% compared to traditional water-flush toilets. Additionally, some facilities incorporate a reclaimed water circulation device that filters hand-washing wastewater for toilet flushing, further reducing daily water consumption. The overall water-saving rate can reach 60%, adapting to the arid and rainless climate characteristics of the Dingxi region.

3. Odor Control: Dual Protection with Negative Pressure Ventilation and Activated Carbon Adsorption The ventilation system adopts a negative pressure design with an air exchange rate of no less than 20 times per hour. The air intake is located at the lower part of the toilet compartment, and the exhaust outlet is on the roof, creating a stable airflow direction through a fan to prevent odor from escaping. Before exhausting, the air passes through an activated carbon adsorption layer with an iodine adsorption value greater than 800 mg/g, which efficiently removes major odor molecules such as ammonia and hydrogen sulfide, ensuring fresh air inside the toilet.

4. Material and Structure: Light Steel Frame and Composite Wall Panels, Balancing Strength and Performance The structure employs a light steel keel frame system with a main beam of 80×40×2.0 mm rectangular steel pipe and column spacing of 1.2 meters, balancing structural strength and self-weight. The wall panels are 50 mm thick metal carved composite panels with a core material of flame-retardant polyurethane, having a density of no less than 40 kg/m³, providing both sound insulation and thermal insulation properties. The roof uses 0.5 mm thick galvanized aluminum-zinc steel sheets with a moisture-proof breathing membrane underneath to prevent condensation buildup and extend the facility's service life.

5. Maintenance Operations: Standardized Procedures to Ensure Long-Term Stable Operation Daily maintenance includes checking the remaining amounts of disinfectants, deodorizers, and hand sanitizers; weekly cleaning of solid residues from the septic tank or treatment tank and lubricating mechanical components; and monthly testing of water quality parameters (such as COD and SS concentrations) to ensure treatment efficiency. All maintenance records must be archived to provide a basis for equipment optimization and troubleshooting.
