Dianjiang Container House Design

Quản trị 17 tháng 9, 2026

Dianjiang container house design uses standardized containers as units to achieve diverse functions through modular transformation, functional system integration, and interface treatment, featuring rapid assembly, flexible mobility, and low cost, with the ability to customize irregular structures according to needs.

I. Design Basis and Modular Transformation
Container houses take containers specified by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) as basic units, with their external dimensions, corner fittings, and load-bearing strength providing standardized parameters for design. Design achieves spatial expansion through modular transformation:

  1. Cutting and Splicing: Single or multiple containers are cut vertically or horizontally to create large floor-to-ceiling windows, high-ceiling spaces, etc., or to add layers through “L”-shaped, “T”-shaped combinations, and stacking.
  2. Structural Reinforcement: After cutting, additional steel frames or internal shear walls are added to ensure overall stiffness and load-bearing capacity, such as adding columns, beams, or diagonal braces in cantilevered or elevated designs, with reinforcement components integrated into interior design.

II. Functional System Integration

  1. Envelope System: The steel interior walls are sequentially lined with insulation (e.g., rock wool, polyurethane panels), moisture barriers, and interior finishes, with insulation thickness directly affecting energy consumption and comfort.
  2. Equipment System: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and intelligent control systems are integrated, with prefabricated conduit channels enabling rapid installation and future maintenance, improving operational efficiency.
  3. Structural Reinforcement System: Reinforcement components are added at key nodes such as combinations and cantilevers to ensure safety while enhancing aesthetics as design elements.

III. Interface Treatment and Performance Optimization

  1. Exterior Treatment: The container surface is coated with anti-corrosion paint, the roof features waterproofing and drainage designs, and openings such as doors and windows are sealed with thermal insulation bridges to prevent condensation and thermal bridging.
  2. Interior Connection: Wall, floor, and ceiling materials must be seamlessly connected to address thermal expansion and contraction, ensuring a stable indoor environment.

IV. Dianjiang Design Features
Dianjiang container houses offer advantages such as rapid assembly, no foundation requirements, easy mobility, minimal land use, and low cost, with corrosion-resistant materials and long service life. Their functions include sound insulation, wind resistance, fire resistance, and earthquake resistance, supporting personalized customization of shapes, colors, and exterior paint finishes to meet diverse customer needs for irregular containers.
