I. Structure and Dimensions
It adopts a light steel keel frame structure, facilitating hoisting, installation, and transportation. The external dimensions of the toilet are lengthwidthheight ≥ 120022002850 mm, and the dimensions of the management room are lengthwidthheight ≥ 150022002850 mm. The space design is reasonable, meeting daily usage needs.

II. Materials and Durability
The exterior wall uses Japanese metal carved insulation panels, the interior wall adopts aluminum-plastic panels, with a 50 mm insulation layer filled in between, and the roof is made of Owens Corning shingles, ensuring no rain leakage or seepage. The internal ceiling and anti-slip marble floor enhance safety, and the bottom beam is welded with channel steel, providing a sturdy and reliable structure that remains unchanged over long-term use.

III. Functionality and Environmental Protection

1. Foam Technology: The foam coverage rate is ≥ 80%, with a coverage depth ≤ 30 mm, and the height is always 10 mm lower than the footrest surface of the squat toilet, ensuring complete coverage of feces. The initial foaming time is ≤ 30 seconds, with a rapid foaming capability of ≤ 120 seconds. The daily water consumption (calculated for 18 hours) is < 5 liters, and the amount of foaming agent used is < 0.15 liters, demonstrating significant water-saving effects.
2. Toilet Fixture Design: The foam-type squat toilet adopts a modular design, with materials superior to or equivalent to 304 stainless steel, a plate thickness ≥ 1.5 mm, and a static load capacity ≥ 150 kg and a dynamic load capacity ≥ 100 kg without damage. The odor control mechanism opens and closes flexibly, and the inner surface of the toilet bowl is smooth, allowing feces to slide down easily.
3. Intelligent Control: Temperature control, fault diagnosis alerts, and other functions are all automatically operated, enhancing user convenience.

IV. Comfort and Safety

1. Ventilation and Lighting: The toilet adopts natural ventilation and forced ventilation (with an air exchange rate ≥ 40 cubic meters per hour), and is illuminated by energy-saving lights. The power distribution system is safe and stable, with a unified voltage of AC220V, electrical equipment ≤ DC12V, an insulation resistance > 1 megohm, and a withstand voltage of 500 volts for 1 minute without breakdown.
2. Insulation System: Each toilet cubicle and management room is equipped with infrared radiation heaters for automatic temperature control, ensuring normal use in winter.
3. Barrier-Free Design: It is equipped with barrier-free access and stainless steel handrails, and the exterior wall panels are made of metal carved composite panels, which are aesthetically pleasing and harmonious with the urban landscape.
